The main American intrigue, of course, is the answers of Müller’s commission to key accusations against Trump and his near circle. Was there interaction with Russian instances? And was there obstruction - counteracting justice in the investigation by the White House?
On the first question, Barr cited the conclusions of Müller’s commission as follows: “The investigation did not establish that the Trump campaign participants were conspiracy or coordinated with the Russian government of his intervention activities” (in the American elections).
On the issue of obstruction, Barr wrote: the commission "described the facts of counteracting the investigation without coming to any conclusion." He quoted Müller: "While this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, he also does not justify him." What is the conclusion? The ministry decided not to insist on charges of obstruction.

Even a loyal ministerial resume does not claim at all that there was no opposition to justice from Trump and his environment. And only that for the court, according to the Prosecutor General, this is not enough.
This is an assessment, not a conclusion. And certainly this is not a “excuse, complete and final,” as Trump proclaims. Müller's report contains the exact opposite: the report “does not justify him” (president).

On March 27, that is, three days after the prosecutor general released his resume, Muller wrote a letter to Barra. It says: “The generalizing letter of the Department (Ministry of Justice), sent to Congress and issued for the public in the afternoon of March 24, does not fully reflect the context, nature and essence of the work and conclusions of this commission.” Two days later, Müller wrote Barra a second letter. How the Prosecutor General submitted the conclusions of the report is said in it, sowing "in society confusion about the critical aspects of our investigation."
Müller prepared a brief presentation of his report - just for the accuracy of links and quoting. “I ask you to provide these materials to Congress and allow you to release it immediately,” Müller wrote. Why Müller did not charge Trump

34 people received charges of federal crimes. 7 of them found themselves guilty or condemned. Among them is the former head of the election campaign Trump Paul Manafort. Former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn. Former Trump's personal lawyer Michael Kohen. As it turned out, each of them is a cacron that Trump is a candidate and, even more so the president, would like to save from prying eyes. And all this explosive information, one way or another, should be in Müller's report!
Müller's report acquired the status of scripture. Nobody saw him yet, but everyone knew that he was full of revelations. There is every word for all gold.
The Ministry of Justice must submit Müller's report - in an unredrined form! - demanded the House of Representatives controlled by the Democrats.
Barr kept steadily - three weeks. On April 18, he published an edited, but significantly more complete version of Müller's report. And he arranged a wide press conference-a few hours before the publication. This is the same principle: to set the tone, the first word decisive. The dismissal of the director of the FBI of Komi after attempts to dictate the necessary position on the investigation.

Müller explains: these certificates do not establish that all this was “aimed at hiding a conspiracy between the presidential campaign of Trump and Russia”, but that Trump could have other corruption motifs.

Müller's report consists of two volumes - on two main topics of the investigation: Russian contacts and possible obstruction. It's about two episodes from the first volume. They should be deciphered.
An exotic chain lined up in the first episode. At first there were hackers from the mysterious group of Fancy Bear, who hacked the computers of the Democratic Party. In the report of Müller, the Berlog is named, where this bear is gained - GRU. Then WikiLeaks appeared on the stage, which betrayed the information that was widely publicized in this way in this way for Hillary Clinton.
The piquancy of the situation, however, lies in the fact that in the headquarters of the Trump election campaign, they knew in advance that Wikileaks would carry out this operation and when exactly.
The second episode is even more picturesque. Some characters with Russian surnames, going out to the Don Trump Jr. (Donald Trump's eldest son), offer him “dirt on Hillary Clinton”, and he enthusiastically answers: “I will be happy to receive.” After that, a meeting was held in Trump-Tower, in which Don Trump Jr. took part, the son-in-law of Trump in the rank of official adviser Trump for all the most important problems of the present Jared Kushner and Paul Manafort, then the head of the Trump election campaign. There are a dozen such episodes in the first volume. So what is this composition? Müller explains his logic.

The Donald Sr. was agitated. “My son is a good man ... Müller’s commission fully justified him ...” She did not justify him. She refrained from his prosecution.
Ignoring Trump's escapades, Müller demonstrates the most scrupulous attitude to the law. “No Collusion,” Trump says at every step. Meanwhile, the report of Müller does not have this word at all - “conspiracy”, “ligament”. Because this is not a legal category, such a thing does not exist in the law. The law contains the words “Coordination/conspiracy”-“coordination of the carpet”. The crime is coordination of the carpet. Trump intentionally confuses concepts. Episodes with a meeting in Trump Tower in search of “Russian mud” on Hillary Clinton, using compromising evidence from the “Russian Bear”-with a total number of a dozen from the first volume-these are just Collusions-attempts to conspiracy. They did not rise to the conspiracy that Müller’s commission stated. And there are plenty of facts of Collusion. And their number itself is proof of intent.

The investigation of Müller is completed, the case is closed, the Republicans say. A line from two, the democrats answer.
