Znak.com chief editor and five more journalists talked about trying to hack his Telegram

According to Dmitry Korzev, two more Ural journalists reported an attempt to hack.

Znak.com chief editor Dmitry Korzev said that on the night of May 25, unknown people tried to crack his Telegram from the Spanish IP address. He wrote about this in his channel.

Ko Kohklosev also wrote that he knew at least two other Ural journalists whose accounts tried to hack or hacking, also from the Spanish IP address.

In a conversation with TJ, Korzev said that two other journalists are Natalya Vakhonina, the editor -in -chief of the agency "Between the lines" from Nizhny Tagil, and Andrei Varkentin from Yekaterinburg. He leads the Telegram channel about the city news “The Main Channel of Yekaterinburg” and makes a small publication Overtime.Life. Koh Korzev suggested that "the channel is important."

Ke Kohlsev also said that he would not go to the police, since "he considers it pointless." Varkentin and Vakhonin also do not see the point of contacting the police. Vakhonina noted that she would probably contact law enforcement agencies if the situation is repeated.

According to Vakhonina, she is considered the author of "almost all Tagil Telegram channels." She suggested that hacking could be connected with this, but changed her opinion after she found out about Korzev’s hacking. Vakhonina also believes that this is due to the situation around the temple.

Ko Kohlosev does not know who could hack accounts, but suggested that this is due to Telegram, since he and the other two journalists lead channels. Both Korzev and Varkenty covered protests due to the construction of the temple in the Square of Yekaterinburg.

First of all, it comes to my mind that this is somehow connected with the square, simply because it is the most important story now, and all the broken journalists wrote and write about it, but this is just a hypothesis.

In the second case, the operator will be able to see the history of the SIM cards substitution and calculate the company employee under whose account this was done.

Previously, Andreev worked in E1.ru, created the publication channel and is still listed as its creator. Perhaps the attack on Dmitry is an attempt to capture this channel.
