Protest anatomy in Yekaterinburg

As a result, an oversaturated atmosphere has developed, in which speeches against the authorities and its individual decisions are perceived as a kind of treason, as a crimes against the symphony of the state and society, against the will of the suppressing faithful majority, against the spiritual, economic and military power of Russia, the greatness of the state and the spirit of the new Russian patriotism. Plus, a misunderstanding for what exactly, and not just against which are the speakers (the corporal analogue of the protest, overturning voting). Selective detentions and landings even more subcutaneous protest, sprinkling from him politically and just along the street. But thus, as it always happens, the energy of dissatisfaction was driven inside, into political autoclaves, only pumping a degree of suppressed passions. History teaches only the fact that there are people whom she does not teach anything.

The ecology in this sense is sterile and looks perfectly apolitical: we are not against anything systemic and all the best - we are only for preserving this scrap of an already disappearing nature.

We are not against the state, power, the course, and even more than the most personal - we are just for the grass (in a good way). This unites and pushes few, even among the shy. The classic of the integrative potential of civilian initiatives: when you need to fix the roof or burying the ditch, people forget who is red and who is white.

Further, the mercantile background of many, if not most of this kind of incidents, comes into business - the presence of signs of a direct or, at least, indirect economic interest. When a multifunctional residential complex of an elite class suddenly begins to loom behind the holy temple, this leads to a complete deskalization of the motive of investors, and with a ricochet-and their material and spiritual patrons. In the temple, wholesalers are found, and this is a completely different story.

If private investors fight for such projects, especially affiliated entities related to the power of close and even related bonds, then there is something to fight for. The matter is firmly when such blood relations and financial flows flow under it.

As a result, the cynicism of the double kind is emerging: it is equally ugly to make money on the blow of the physical health of people or the obsessive care for their spiritual health. Having put up a detachment of shaved militants, the church has already desecrated this place itself, and the mission. On the other side of the scales, the positions of the protesters themselves are cleaned and rise. Such sacrificial reputation losses can prevent losses even greater, or even unacceptable political damage. In general, this is the story of the unshakable determination of the authorities, now and then the changing tack, and, as a result, the final campaign by the classic squadron, naval turn “everything suddenly”.

First, an absolutely peremptory fence occurs. Then the protesters are treated with paid private security and selfless co-religious universities-in the appearance of classic gopniks. Then, state law enforcement agencies are included in the fulfillment of beatings and arrests. Against this background, the mayor and the governor still meet with the delegation of protest, supposedly for normal contact, and in fact, only in order to put their voice dissatisfied in place and non -enabled paper.

Apparently, in the federal center, knowing the firm price of such approvals and suspecting the true balance of opinions, calculate how dangerous such conflicts are in the impact on the critical mass of growing discontent. This at the city hall can behave as if Crimea sailed to his native harbor yesterday and the population has no other worries. As a result, the President disavoizes all past stories of the city authorities about the accurate compliance with the necessary formalities, including consultations with the company and taking into account the opinions of residents as full-fledged steak-holders-authors of the solution. Now it turns out that after all such public hearings, VTsIOM must be reached again, although after their hacks it is better to call the “leftist”.

Further, the movement of tacks and other actions against the wind continue with increasing force. The muddy survey technology does not climb into any gates provided for by the rules of local plebiscites and referenda. The organizer of the process is one of the conflicting parties; The questions that respondents refer to look just mockingly. According to the VTsIOM, even in these conditions, three quarters of the surveyed against the destruction of the square, and near the fifth part, are generally against the construction of the temple. As a result, this one is so really a survey of someone that is so really canceled. And the object begins to look for a new place.

The central government (no matter how it relate to it), made the only acceptable decision in the end. Even radical opponents of the regime cannot but recognize this. But there is another party of “their own”, who believes that this manifestation is not the mind, but the weakness, which will lead in the future ... etc., etc. - Depending on the intensity of infernal fantasies. The stratification is also vertically. In the center, there was enough mind to avoid excessively sharp, and even more irreversible statements. But already the level below continues to demonstrate selfless determination and triumph of will, even at the cost of suppressing brain impulses. The main goal and the entire system of self -esteem criteria are connected here exclusively with the forecast of the impression made to political leadership. This means that this is how the expectations of the top, which decides the personal fate of governors and mayors, is still understood in the field. However, the center itself is already reoriented to a “more objective” (formal and calculated) assessment of the effectiveness of the regional leadership.

Very reminiscent of a scientific, bibliometric approach in assessing the effectiveness of scientific research. However, the fact that in science has long been considered simply inadequate in politics sometimes makes sense, especially if the assessment of the relationship between local authorities with the population is included in the number of such parameters. As a result, the problem of the gap: either to wander away, by inertia, trying to please the center by inertia, or at least somehow establish relations with society, until they waved a saber for you. While the choice is made blindly, by trial and error, hence the results.

The most distinguished fighters for the interests of the state and the majority find themselves in a completely clumsy position. They just, without sparing their stomachs, fought in hysterics against a handful of renegades specially trained in liberals, - friends of Bandera. The deficit of imagination and measures gives rise to rude fakes (“who does not jump against the temple ...”) and direct analogies with the Maidan. Now all this looks like a political bazaar for which it is not clear how to answer. Vsevolod Chaplin proposes to build a temple on the site of the “wrong” Yeltsin Center (at the opening of which, by the way, Putin and Medvedev were at the same time, neglecting state security regulations).

Plus, fresh ideas in sociology: “In Yekaterinburg, if conducting a new survey, then is a common one, among all residents of the city, with the bypass of apartments according to the census scheme.”

The “flash mobs in the protection of the temple” are charming - the eclecticism of Orthodox postmodernism is inimitable. Andrey Kuraev, who performed on the side of the protesters to his shoulder with our national leader? It is necessary to somehow maintain a symphony of power and church in Russia!

And now what to sing by the Pro -Putin's nightingale, promised to move to Yekaterinburg to disperse the protesters with their personal fists? The terrible fate of the propagandist is to live in an era of change. They just had to change their way on the go twice a day in relation to Zelensky: from "Forward, Vladimir!" From morning to afternoon wishes, do not live ...

Uprising lessons

They have already begun to write about the understanding of the experience of this whole story. The victory (albeit local) ensured publicity, unity and determination, sequence and perseverance, overcoming fear and willingness to even endure a little for a holy work. Everything is so, but one must understand that until recently all these wonderful qualities of protesters could not be enough. And in other situations, most likely would not be enough. What happened is a sign of both more general changes in social moods and in the general political context. Here, the authorities, oddly enough, also won, but not over the protesters who always want to deceive (and in this sense, much more is ahead).

It is more important that the authorities won a small victory over themselves, over the stereotypes and instincts, over the automatism of purely power reactions.

And this is in the complete absence of any illusions regarding the moral of these characters and entire institutions. Further, the main problem is how much this understanding can be widespread in the system of power down - deeper and in breadth. There are no unnecessary illusions in this regard, but there is, at least, a feeling of a more or less correct task.

People always change life, but it is important to see how life itself allows itself to change. Moreover, she does it with a very different degree of suppleness.
