In the heat, the refreshing sparkling becomes the main wine trend. Instead of understandable Zakokko and Kava, take a closer look at the drinks of less obvious countries: for example, Portugal, New Zealand and Georgia. The usual brut can replace Extra Bru and Bruce of Hello - or you can, on the contrary, go into a slightly greater sweetness and discover the category of Extra S.

Do not forget that the sparkling before serving should cool up to eight to ten degrees. By the way, if you brought you a bucket of ice in the institution, into which your bottle is carefully dug up, ask the waiter to add water there - so the cooling process will go softer, moreover, it will be much more convenient to return the bottle to the place.
