In St. Petersburg, a participant in a rally against pension reform on September 9 was fined

A court in St. Petersburg fined Alena Panova, a participant in a rally against the pension reform on September 9, for 10,000 rubles. This is reported by MBKh Media with reference to the public defender Varya Mikhailova.

Panova was found guilty under part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in an uncoordinated action that interfered with the movement of pedestrians and vehicles). In January, her case was sent back for a new trial.

“For the first time, the court imposed a fine of 10,000 rubles, then the city court overturned the decision and sent the case back for a new trial. Now they have again appointed 10 thousand fines, ”the publication quotes the words of Mikhailova.

The defense side requested that the police officers who detained Panova and drew up a protocol be summoned to court, but they did not appear at the meeting. In addition, Mikhailova requested materials on the results of the trips at the request of citizens who reported traffic obstructions. In two documents it is written about the absence of interference with transport, in the third the appeal was confirmed.
