The Ministry of Justice temporarily suspended the activities of the Council of Teips of the Ingush people. This was announced to MBH Media by Murad Daskiev, acting head of the council.
According to him, the decision of the Ministry of Justice is connected with the call of the Council of teips to the deputies of the People's Assembly of Ingushetia not to adopt a law on the alienation of part of the Ingush lands in favor of North Ossetia. Daskiev noted that the council will continue to work despite the ban.
The FortangaORG telegram channel has published a copy of the order of the Ministry of Justice, from which it follows that the activities of the Council of Teips of Ingushetia have been suspended for three months. The reason was that the association did not provide timely information on the elimination of violations found during the inspection of the Ministry of Justice in February.
FortangaORG also posted a copy of the warning that the Ministry of Justice issued to the Council of Teips for appealing to the People's Assembly of Ingushetia. The department's claims were caused, in particular, by the words "all deputies who voted for the adoption of the next law on the alienation of Ingush lands will be cursed by the Ingush people and will receive a well-deserved retribution from the Great Allah."
