The investigation charged Roman Udot, member of the board of the Golos movement, under the article on the threat to kill (part 1 of article 119 of the Criminal Code) because of a conflict with correspondents of the NTV channel. This is reported by MBH Media with reference to his lawyer Maxim Pashkov.

The decision to bring Udot as a defendant states that on March 20, 2018, in the Aeroexpress terminal of Sheremetyevo Airport, “with the intent to threaten to kill and cause grievous bodily harm, he started a quarrel” with NTV journalists Alexandra Miroshnichenko and Eduard Zhuravlev.
As confirmation of the accusation, the investigation cites the phrase “I will kill you, you understand me, I will kill you someday,” uttered by Udot. Threats of causing grievous bodily harm were found in the words "if I want and promise to bite the Adam's apple to this bastard."
- Roman Udot was detained on May 20 in Moscow, at the same time it turned out that he was suspected of threatening to kill. On the day when the conflict occurred at the airport, Udot was the first to call the police and wrote a statement to the journalist about the violation of privacy (Article 137 of the Criminal Code) and the violation of the secrecy of correspondence or telephone conversations (Article 138 of the Criminal Code). An employee of the TV channel wrote a response to a member of the Golos council. At that time, no case was opened on any of these statements.
