According to the Downdetector service, which tracks the stability of the work of popular Internet services, the Tele2 bonds began about 10 in the morning Moscow time, writes TJ . The bulk of the complaints came from the capital's region and St. Petersburg, but also reported the Tele2 subscribers from other cities, including Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Krasnodar and Kazan.
"The small number of metropolitan subscribers could observe short-term difficulties in the work of voice communications or mobile Internet. In less than 20 minutes, the performance of all services was completely restored," the operator spokesman Daria Kolesnikova spent RBC. According to her, the cause of the failure was the problem of equipment at one of the nodal communication facilities.
