In Moscow, the police drew up reports on eight opponents of infill development in the public garden of the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye district. This is reported by MBKh Media with reference to Anna Grinyuk, one of those detained at the gathering on May 27.

According to Grinyuk, all eight were charged with disobedience to the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The woman noted that law enforcement officers indicated inaccurate information in the protocols, and the gathering of Ochakovo residents was called an uncoordinated rally.

Two more opponents of the development, Nadezhda Chizhova and Ivan Rozhkov, were not released from the police department on May 27, but left for the night. The next day, Rozhkov was arrested for 12 days, found guilty of repeated violation of the rules for holding the event (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Chizhova's case was closed due to the lack of corpus delicti. She was accused of participating in an uncoordinated event that interfered with traffic (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
