Incredible "Assembly of angry Permians"

Today's inconsistent rally of the Perm opposition on the agreed picket of the pro-government nod was really unique.

Firstly, because the inconsistent rally-collection really took place on a coordinated picket.

Secondly, the inconsistent rally of the old Perm tradition was peacefully and was not dispersed by the police. Although several hundred riot police and the horse police were ready to close in close proximity to the events, and the situation before the consistent rally-picket was heated to the limit.

Thirdly, each of the three sides, to one degree or another, has achieved its own. The “Assembly of Ealvated Perm” took place (was not torn by the police and the NOD). The picket of the national liberation movement took place (was not ripped off by the meeting). The authorities did not allow a thousands of protest rally and escaped excesses.

Fourth, for the first time significant, albeit an inconspicuous from the side, observers-mediators played a role: members of the Presidential Council of Human Rights Tatyana Margolina and Svetlana Makovetskaya and the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Perm Territory Pavel Mikov.

Fifthly, in spite of the formal triple parity, a moral victory, with all the obviously, would seem tactically the weakest side - "a collection of angry Permians." Yes, instead of the possible one and a half to two thousand participants, the inconsistent rally gathered only a few hundred people. But the meeting achieved its main goal - it was held, a resolution was adopted, explaining in detail why Maxim Reshetnikov’s inhuman -technocratic regime and, most importantly, the “Council of May 29” was created and, most importantly, the assembly awarded the mandate to seek from the authorities to implement the requirements stated in the resolution. In fact, a kind of civilian shadow cabinet, with the right to appeal in their activities to folk support, was created and ligitimized by the popular gathering of the most diverse protest groups. Now the main task of the “Council of May 29” itself is not to fall apart from its diversity.

Sixth, the Organizing Committee of the Meetings of the Ealvated Permians at the last moment could still save his face, and in his last appeal to Permyaks, he announced on the network pages of the democratic coalition that the “rally inconsistent”. Until this moment, the organizing committee in every possible way convinced the townspeople that there were no problems with the coordination of the rally-assembly, since the Nodov picket was agreed, "and we will simply take part in it," since the purpose of the meeting and the Nodovsky picket are formally close. In fact, the organizing committee acted as a provocateur, urging Permyakov to take part in someone else's agreed event, despite the fact that the authorities with one hundred percent probability recognize (and recognized) the inconsistent event. But the civil liability in the organizing committee ultimately still prevailed over political expediency.

In-seventh, the most probably unusual, not many noticed, but, in its own way, is very important. The rally picket began with the absurd. In order to prevent the “Gentiles” Nodovites, made a list of permitted slogans and at the entrance with the help of the representative of the city hall missed citizens only with purely nodes party texts. As a result, not only “purely opposition” slogans, but “normal human” were discriminated, prevented, which voiced the problems of large families, equity holders, forest defenders, defenders of the train, trolleybuses, opponents of school and medical optimization, etc. With each such nonsense slogan, mayor's officials, police officers became more and more more and more anti -people, and the situation is increasingly absurd. The audience laughed at them, made fun, fidgeted. People tried to attribute the words "foreign agent" to the slogans to be missed. They asked to explain against which part of the slogan of large families they object, and why you can pass with the phrase "Our Motherland", and it is no longer possible with the phrase "My Motherland". Etc., etc. In the end, unable to withstand shame, self -born absurdity and the painful public anti -people's actions, the nodists and officials were self -fired, and people with all their slogans went for the fences, and then everything happened as it happened.

A rare, but promising case of a peaceful victory of common sense, creativity and humor over an official conspiracy.
