The relevant information is posted on the public procurement website .
Thus, the schoolboy-yuz, “Preschool power plant” and “Moscow Schoolboy” for this week have already won a number of such purchases totaling more than 10 billion rubles and put products in at least 140 capital schools this week.
The company "Preschool power supply" won the purchase of 1.3 billion rubles for the supply of power and bottled water in 20 schools, a purchase for 1 billion rubles - in 18 schools, another purchase for 1 billion rubles - in 19 schools, as well as a contract for almost 1 billion rubles, according to which the products will be delivered in 17 schools.

In February of this year, Rospotrebnadzor wrote a penalty for Schoolboy-Yuz under Part 1 of Article 14.43 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the requirements of technical regulations), however, the Moscow Arbitration Court recently abolished the decision to bring the company to administrative responsibility. The reasons why the court decided to cancel the decision of Rospotrebnadzor are not indicated.
The Rospotrebnadzor said that the agency conducted the checks of three companies: Concord, Moscow Schoolboy and Schoolboy-Yuz and found violations of sanitary legislation at enterprises themselves and in educational institutions. On April 25, the head of the department of Rospotrebnadzor in Moscow, Elena Andreeva, said that after the mass poisoning of pupils of Moscow kindergartens, Concord paid more than two million rubles of fines. However, subsequently, the metropolitan prosecutor's office refused to agree on new checks.
Over the past 8 years, 711 claims in the amount of 899 million rubles have been filed against the structures of Yevgeny Prigozhin: pupils of kindergartens , patients of hospitals and sanatoriums, rescuers and military have suffered from the use of poor -quality food.
The plaintiffs complained about the detection of inedible ingredients, including worms, cockroaches, human hair and plastic bags. Food was sometimes prepared from rotten products or infected, or military personnel and schoolchildren received food with a delay and in smaller quantities, and the contractor himself violated the preparation technology and the conditions for storage of food.
At the same time, in some cases, Prigozhin managed to transfer responsibility for violations on others. In February 2018, dysentery out of the Moscow kindergarten "Dolphino" was recorded in the Moscow kindergarten.
The inspection body found that in the work of the company responsible for food, there were "violations of the conditions for storing foods, cooking technology, crossing the flows of finished products and raw materials in the catering unit, disinfectment disinfition, non -compliance with personnel of personal hygiene rules." After that, the principal of the school, the manager and the senior educator was fired, and the supplier resumed the work.
The structures of Putin’s cooks in response are actively sued with those who put forward claims to the quality of food. For eight years, 533 oncoming claims for 2.9 billion rubles were filed. Prigozhin's companies won every fourth court in which they acted as defendants.
