The head of the Ramensky district of the Moscow Region was detained for the murder, he did not plead guilty

The head of the Ramensky district of the Moscow Region Andrei Kulakov on Friday was detained on suspicion of killing a friend, he did not admit his guilt, TASS reports with reference to the representative of the regional headquarters of the Investigative Committee Yevgeny Kiryushin.

According to the investigation, Andrei Kulakov killed a 39-year-old familiar to which “experienced personal hostile relations” on the night of May 2 in the car. According to the source in the police, we are talking about the deputy head of the Public Chamber of the district Evgenia Isaenkova. The reason for the murder could be a personal conflict, since Kulakov and Isaenkov were in close relations.

“He did not admit guilt. During interrogation, he said that he had seen the victim last time on April 29,” Kiryushina said. A criminal case has been instituted against Kulakov, he has not yet been charged. According to Kiryushina, on Saturday the investigator will petition for the arrest of an official.

A law enforcement source previously told the agency that the woman’s body was found on May 4. According to him, we are talking about the deputy head of the Public Chamber of the Ramensky District Evgenia Isenkova. The interlocutor of the agency noted that the reason for the murder could be a personal conflict, since Kulakov and Isaenkov were in close relations.

On Friday, it became known that Kulakov prematurely resigned the powers of the head of the district on May 29.
