A teenager detained by the police in Kolpino near St. Petersburg did not confess anything and went to the hospital with injuries. No accusations were brought to him

May 28, around 20.30, 17-year-old Vadim Koval left the house to the store for seeds. However, not five minutes later, the teenager did not return. He did not answer calls on a mobile phone. Mom and grandmother, having worn out, rushed to call friends and acquaintances. Around 22.30, Vadim’s mobile phone finally “came to life”, but spoke in a female voice. The girl at the other end informed the young man’s grandmother that he was in the 80th department of the Kolpino police, but is already free, he can be taken.

As it turned out later, at about 20.40 Vadim went into the "family" on the embankment of the Komsomol canal, 19, did not buy seeds, went to the exit. But suddenly the seller at the box office braked him.

“They often steal in this store,” said Olesya Koval in an interview with the “new” mother of a teenager. -I don’t know why, only the employees of the “family” suspected that my son also carried something out of there. The guards closed the entrance doors to the building and called the quick response group. Two men in helmets and body armor put Vadik on the floor and called the police. The investigators who came to the place searched their son, but found nothing.

In the video that the mother of Vadim Oles Koval at her request was shown in the “family”, the woman also did not see that her son was taking something secretly, without payment, or that he was discovered by any stolen goods. One of the employees of the station wagon wrote a statement to law enforcement agencies in which it claims:

“An unknown citizen ( Vadim Koval. - N.P. ) in the store made a scandal. Loudly noisy, screamed, waved his hands, made a fight, expressed with obscene abuse, did not react to repeated remarks. With his actions, he could harm others. ”

- Complete nonsense! - objects the mother of a detained teenager. - The son in the store did not swear with anyone and did not fight. On the frames of the video, it is clear that Vadik lies on the floor face up, men in the berets step on him with his feet, the son opens his mouth, apparently says something. Naturally, he does not lie, like a dead one, moves his hands, behaves like any person who is stomping his feet.

In a statement by the Cashier of the “family” to law enforcement agencies there is not a word about the theft supposedly committed by a detained teenager. Nevertheless, he was taken to the 80th police department. There, as Vadim Mother said, police officers beat him, demanding that a teenager confess that he was stealing in the store.

“The son repeated several times to the investigators that he was a minor, but he was still not allowed to call his relatives, moreover, he was taken away from him,” continues Olesya Koval. - Vadik recently underwent an operation to remove a hernia, which he also talked about the police. Despite this, his son was beaten in the stomach, from which he vomited. For two hours they beat the face, head, chest, back, buttocks. They threatened that they raped with a rubber club.

Vadim did not confess anything. The teenager did not sign any papers in the police department. However, in the report of the operatives in the name of the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kolpino district, it is reported that the 17-year-old Koval was detained for "committing theft in the store." What exactly he abducted is not specified. The department’s employees removed fingerprints from the guy, after which they agreed to give a grandmother on a receipt.

“In my office I was met by three policemen and a girl in civilian clothes,” said Svetlana Alyanova, grandmother Vadim.

“Opposite them was my grandson, all in blood - both face and clothes. The table in front of him was also flooded with blood and vomit, on the bench and on the floor - blood. On Vadik's wrists were handcuffed, and his hands were opened behind his back. ”

Around midnight, the guy was released from the 80th police department without drawing up the protocol. Grandmother and mother, who arrived a little later, immediately took Vadim to the nearest traumatic center. From there, in view of the serious condition of the teenager, he was taken to the ambulance to St. Petersburg, to the children's city hospital No. 19.
