The company responsible for these works promises to plant new plants. It is known that the improvement was carried out as part of the project "City Environment" Party "United Russia". More than 18 million rubles were spent on its implementation in two years. The party’s branch said that they would punish those responsible.
According to approximate estimates, more than 100 hemp bushes grew in the city center. According to Russian law, criminal liability for the cultivation of a drug -containing plant occurs when landing from 20 bushes.
