Tatyana Vlasova, a participant in a rally against the administrative enlargement of municipalities, was detained in the village of Barvikha near Moscow. This was reported to OVD-Info by Andrey Zhvirblis.
According to Zhvirblis, Vlasova was detained after the end of the event. The rally itself was calm, although the police tried to convince the participants that the rally was not agreed upon, since the city authorities did not respond to the notification of the organizers. The action had to be carried out without the use of sound amplifying equipment, as there was no electricity. According to Zhvirblis, it was turned off on purpose.
The detainee was taken to the police department and about three dozen people from the rally came there. Now they are at the department and demand to release Vlasova.
22:28 Vlasova was released from the department, after which she went to the emergency room. During the arrest, her arms were twisted and handcuffed, Zhvirblis said.
The police also detained Mikhail Nikishin, who led the stream of Vlasova's detention on Instagram. The police demanded that he "delete the recording," Žvirblis said. Since they failed to achieve this from Nikishin, they detained him and drew up a protocol against him on disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). At present, Nikishin has also been released. At 10:00 am on June 3, the hearing of the case in the Odintsovo City Court is scheduled.
June 3 The judge refused to consider the case against Nikishin and returned the protocol to the police. Nikishin himself told about this OVD-Info.
62-year-old Tatyana Vlasova was diagnosed with a bruise, sprain of the shoulder joint and hypertensive crisis. This is a condition that requires hospitalization, but the woman refused it because of the need to care for her sick daughter.
In the police department, they took an explanation from Vlasova.
