The protocol against Leonid Volkov for Twit about the "fairy -tale Putin" was returned to the police

The Tver District Court returned the case against the manager of the project manager of the Fund for the Combation of the Corruption of Leonid Volkov for the tweet “Putin is a fabulous (obscene word)”. This was reported by the MBH Media press secretary of the court Svetlana Skachkova.

According to her, the protocol is returned "to eliminate the shortcomings."

Earlier, Volkova, serving administrative arrest in a special receptionist, drew up a protocol for the tweet "Putin - Fairytale (Oblast Word)." According to him, police officers came to Volkov directly to the special receptionist and there they issued a protocol under Part 3 of Art. 20.1 (distribution on the Internet of information expressing a clear disrespect for the state).

The protocol was drawn up for a tweet of April 23. Zhdanov noted that Volkova immediately wanted to deliver to the Tver court, but he refused. The lawyer believes that the protocol on Volkov was drawn up not in order to write out another fine, but in order to arrest him for such a violation next time. According to Zhdanov, a court session has not been scheduled, but the case has already been delivered to the court.

Leonid Volkov was arrested for 20 days for violating the rules of the rally, which caused harm to human health or property (part 4 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to the campaign against raising the retirement age on September 9, 2018.

The first case of disrespect for power was instituted against a resident of the Novgorod region Yuri Kartzhev because of two publications on VKontakte. In one of the records with the photograph of President Vladimir Putin, it was said that "Putin is a fabulous (obscene word)." On April 23, the court fined Cartzhev for 30 thousand rubles.
