The accused in the case of the "network", talking about torture, did not hold back tears

On Tuesday, the Moscow Military District Court at a visiting meeting in St. Petersburg continued to consider the criminal case on the so-called terrorist community "Network". During the meeting, one of the accused, Viktor Filinkov, told the details of the torture that the FSB officers used to use it after the detention. Filinkova quotes the publication "Mediazon".

The accused said that he was tortured by strokes of a stamper for about four hours. “When the whole body hurts, you cannot distinguish some separate part,” said Filinkov. “The pain spreads around, although they hit specific places. I don’t know much more painfully: in the leg, in the chest, in the wrist or in the neck.”

According to Filinkov, before that he had never experienced such pain. Against the background of her simple beatings were not felt. “In addition, when they beat on the head, then it was white in my eyes,” the accused added.

Filinkov also announced humiliation during interrogation. “When I was tortured, the employee asked why I was with my wife,” he said. “I shouted that I loveed her, they beat me with shock, and I shouted. It was one of the most humiliating scenes in all this. They asked me who my wife communicates with, but I don’t know all her friends. Then the employees said:“ She was fucking, but you don’t know many such questions. ”

The accused noted that the threats to put him in the cell to sick tuberculosis, not let him sleep and drink were meaningless - after ten minutes torture he was completely broken and signed all the testimonies without threats. Filinkov said that while he was released to the toilet, he thought to open his veins, but did not find what to do, the more one of the employees was nearby, and the door to the toilet could not be closed.

In the middle of the accused’s speech, one of the FSB officers present at the trial asked him: "Maybe you will tell you something more pleasant?" Filinkov replied that "there was little pleasant."

According to Mediazona, after the testimony of the trial, the accused sat on the bench, closed his head with his hands and could not hold back tears.

At the same time, the criminal prosecution of Yegor Zorin, whose appearance with a confession became a formal basis for initiating the case, was discontinued.
• The trial of the accused in the case of the "network" began in mid-May in Penza and St. Petersburg. According to the indictment, Dmitry Pchelintsev in 2015 had the idea to create a deeply conspiratorial community of anarchists, which would aim to overthrow power in Russia. As a result, the community "Network" was created, whose participants, according to the investigation, used the callsigns instead of names, purchased weapons and were engaged in shooting training. The cells of the "network" were allegedly created in St. Petersburg, Moscow and Minsk. After the announcement of the indictment, all the defendants said that they did not admit their guilt on charges related to terrorist activities. Two defendants, Ivankin and Kulkov, partially pleaded guilty to the article on drug sales - this charge was charged only by them.
• In January, the Moscow District Military Court sentenced one of the accused in the case of the network "Network", Igor Shishkin, to 3.5 years in the colony. Earlier, Shishkin fully pleaded guilty and concluded a pre -trial agreement with the investigation.
