"The severity of environmental problems is very high." What was talked about at the Ryazan Ecological Forum

In Ryazan, in the Gorky Regional Library, on June 4, a regional ecological forum was held, at which, along with the organizers of environmental projects and volunteers, officials and teachers performed. The creation of eco -tech park in Ryazan, the import of garbage from Moscow, a change in climate and the origin of the lake of a wild duck is in the 7x7 review.

About the problems of ecology and their absence

Natalya Grishina, chairman of the Public Chamber of the Ryazan Region, opened and conducted the forum - she said that “the acuteness of environmental problems is very high” throughout the country, President Putin pays a lot of attention to this problem. However, in the speech of the first speaker, the deputy minister of nature management of the Ryazan region, Alexander Skoptsov, did not sound words about the "pain points" of the ecology of the region. He reported on real and upcoming events to preserve the forests, the Pure City program aimed at solving the problems of cleaning municipal territories and the private sector, the upcoming clearing of the Solotcha, Trubizh and Pavlovka rivers under the federal program.

Those who wanted to ask questions said that they could do this at the end of all the performances, but there was no time left.

About garbage

The General Director of the regional operator for waste management, Eco-Pronsk, Valery Matyukhin spoke about the “garbage reform”. He promised that "soon we will stop fighting dumps, because we will stop creating them." He recalled the reform of the waste management system, which consists in reducing the burials of hazardous waste, increasing the efficiency of the collection and disposal of waste, obtaining maximum benefits from recycling recyclables. He said that at present, the difference between waste from the streets and enterprises and enterprises led to the place of processing, sorting and burials is 30–40% - that is how much “does not get to the scene of disposal”, settles on unauthorized landfills.

Matyukhin said that the creation of an eco -tech park is inevitable, it will be built using American technology in Ryazan. They will be brought there for processing from all areas of the region. To the question of the exact location of the eco -tech park, as well as to the question of the import of garbage from Moscow into the region.

The Chairman of the Regional Public Organization Environmental Ryazan Alliance (ERA) Evgeny Rybakov was surprised that Eco-Pronsk was going to export and process all the garbage independently, without involving processing enterprises that work in the region. The curator of separate garbage collection Irina Kulikova did not agree with the statement that eco -technology park is the only way out of the “garbage collapse”. In her opinion, only separate garbage collection can save the planet. Not only to save, but also benefit: some materials can be processed both twice and three times, receiving new products.

Elena Kharitonova, director of the children's environmental and biological center, said that children do many interesting projects, take pictures with pleasure and monitor the untouched corners of nature, and take part in subbotniks. But there is one “but”:

- Volunteering is great, but the children should not clean up for adults who have gripped. Children on subbotniks for harvesting "adult" garbage are wrong.

About warming and lake wild duck

He spoke about the change in the climate in the Ryazan region, the head of the Department of Physical Geography and the methodology of teaching the geography of the RSU named after S.A. Yesenina Alexei Aquarius. He demonstrated slides on which he showed new types of butterflies and insects that appeared in the region, the collapses of the coastal slopes of the rivers. Butterflies and birds moved to the Ryazan region from the southern regions:

- We now have such a climate, as if the Ryazan region has been shifted to the south, to the place of Belarus.

He said that in recent years there are no spills of rivers: due to warm winter, a small amount of water is absorbed into the ground, destroying the slopes. This negatively affects the moisturizing of the fields, entails many changes. The time of such changes is an interesting time for observations, but how far they will lead and what they will lead to is still unknown.

Aquarrower emotionally spoke about the inadmissibility of the backfill and drainage of the lake of a wild duck. According to the observations and serious research of experts of the RSU, four species of red -hot birds nest on the lake, and the reservoir itself is natural, not technogenic origin.

The forum guests supported his performance with loud applause.

At the beginning of 2019, social activists noticed: the owner of the site, within which the lake of a wild duck hit the borders, fell asleep with a pond and began to bring construction waste on it. Ryazan ministries and departments could not cope with the owner until President Vladimir Putin drew attention to what was happening during the ONF media forum. After that, the owner of the site tried to completely drain the lake, but the activists fell asleep and stopped the water descent. The Ministry of Natural Resources ordered the landlord to the landlord to take out the waste from the site until June 24, 2019, but so far the work on clearing the site has not begun.
