Under Moscow, the court arrested the alleged murderer of the ex-spectacular of the GRU and his two accomplices

Krasnogorsk City Court of the Moscow Region sent three participants in the fight, in which the former fighter of the GRU special forces, a war veteran in Syria, Nikita Belyankin, was killed . Among those taken into custody there is an alleged killer who inflicted a knife wound to Belyankin.

The charges of murder was brought by an unemployed citizen of the Russian Federation Sergey Khojayan. It was detained until August 2, 2019, Interfax was told in court. He does not admit his guilt.

Also for two months, Citizens of Armenia Suren Markosyan and Narek Stepanyan were arrested, TASS reports. “To choose a measure of restraint in the form of a detention in the form of Markosyan until August 2,” the judge Anatoly Mordakhov announced the decision. A native of Yerevan to Markosyan is charged with part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code ("Hooliganism committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy").

On June 1, in the village of Putilkovo, 24-year-old Nikita Belyankin saw a fight near the Birhaus beer. He tried to help two young people, one of whom opponents hit with a knife, and the second received a gunshot wound. Belyankin fired several times into the air from a traumatic pistol. He didn’t succeed in scaring the attackers with shots, the former special forces received a stab in the heart and died in his girlfriend's arms. The attackers disappeared.

On the fact of the murder, a criminal case was opened under part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code. A criminal case has also been instituted on the fact of the wound of the young man, for whom the victim stood up, under Part 1 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm"). Belyankin’s funeral will be held on June 6 at the Mitinsky cemetery in Moscow.

According to the press, the deceased Nikita Belyankin served on a contract in the division of the GRU of the Ministry of Defense and visited official business trips in Syria. There he participated in the battles for Palmyra and Aleppo. For this, Belyankin was marked by departmental awards and presented to the state.

The alleged murderer of the media was called Grigor Oganyan, who urgently flew to Yerevan on the morning of June 2. Earlier, the father of the deceased said that most of the approximately ten people who attacked his son were from Armenia. Many of them disappeared on the territory of Armenia after a crime committed. “I was told that Armenia will give everyone out in such a matter, it is almost accurately,” said the father of the deceased Alexei Belyankin.

According to the Baza channel, the conflict, whose victim was Belyankin, began on national grounds: the Armenians sitting in the bar allegedly tried to expel two Russian men. They demanded to leave the institution, and when they refused, as they had already managed to place an order, the quarrel outgrew into beating. The fight moved to the street, where Nikita Belyankin intervened in it.
