Semak will become the co -chairman of the headquarters of Beglov

The candidate for the post of Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, held the first meeting of the headquarters to support his candidacy in the elections. He announced five co -chairs of the headquarters, which included the head coach of the Zenit football club Sergei Semak .

According to Beglov, the support headquarters will be headed by Semak, Director of Peterhof GMZ Elena Kalnitskaya, Chairman of the Public Council for Small Business Development Elena Tsereteli, Executive Director of the CSK-Klimov plant, as well as the chairman of the St. Petersburg Veterans Council Vasily Volobuev.

According to the publication, Beglov put the first signature in support of himself in the elections.

Beglov submitted documents to participate in the elections of the governor of St. Petersburg on June 1. To register with the candidate, he will need to collect 76 thousand signatures of residents and 155 signatures of municipal deputies.
