In socio-political life, I plunged in my school years, taking part in the activities of youth communist movements, then joined the ranks of the Communist Party. My choice was conscious, and over the years, the conviction that the social system should embody the principles of social justice, freedom and equality, only strengthened.
Authoritarian kleptocracy
Modern Russia is a state playing the role of a raw materials appendage for more powerful capitalist countries. In Russia, where clan capitalism dominates, its multinational people acts as the main object of operation. The vast majority of citizens are earned by the beggarly and disenfranchised existence for the sake of overthrowing a narrow layer of persons. The money of Russian oligarchs and senior officials are mainly abroad and are also invested in real estate in the USA and European countries. Economists differ in assessments how many money has been withdrawn money from Russia over the years of the “triumph”. The Tax Yustice Network international organization calls the amount of $ 1.5 trillion, the professor of the Department of International Finance MGIMO Valentin Katasonov believes that 3 trillion dollars have withdrawn from the country, and this process continues.
If you earn 25 thousand rubles a month, this does not mean that you live with dignity, at modern consumer prices, the amount under consideration is not so significant. Even if your income is significantly larger - for example, you will label 10 hours a day or work with a rotational basis in Moscow - you are still an unclaimed hired worker. Brighting is expressed not only in the relationship between the employer and the employee. State institutions protect and express the interests of the so -called owners of life. The modern form of government in Russia has all the features of the kleptocratic (from other Greek ““ power of thieves ”) of the regime, when power is used by a group of persons to increase personal wealth and political influence through the extension of state funds. The Nobel Laureate in Economics Paul Krugman in the article “Putin's Bubble Bursts” called Putin’s reign by Kleptocracy. It is no wonder that vertically integrated corruption is the main screening of the Russian regime.
We are not the owners of the land on which we live, we were removed from managing the affairs of the state, the region and municipalities, the results of our work are assigned. Talking about freedom and democracy in the context of the most severe social stratification is undisguised hypocrisy. The dictatorship of the bourgeoisie, the existing authorities, should be replaced by completely different institutions.
The power of a person of labor
Councils - the collegial representative bodies of the people's power elected for a certain period - should become the basis of the new political system. The Soviets are simultaneously representative-enforcement, administrative and control bodies. Now we are participating in profanity under the name of the elections, electing to the bourgeois authorities of those who will then help us to operate, and you can not go to the polls - with the help of state employees and dependent they will “draw” the result.
The deputy must defend not the personal interests and interests of those who advanced him there, but the interests of the labor collective, residents of the city or village - that is, those whom he, by law, represents in one or another parliament. Regular reports of deputies to voters and the right to recall deputies who did not justify confidence - the possibilities that the Soviet model of power are opening up to the prematurely and difficult procedures. The World Network and related messengers for the exchange of information erase borders, expand the involvement of citizens in public policy. In the future, technology will allow not only to send complaints or receive public services remotely, but also to control the activities of the authorities, to elect and recall their representatives. The deputy is not a profession. The combination of the main work with the public in the bodies of Soviet power, universal participation in the management of state affairs will allow us to strengthen real democracy, where you are not a cog of the bureaucratic machine, and the state belongs to you.
At the same time, the economic basis for the implementation of Soviet power as a form of dictatorship of a person of labor should be public property on the means of production. “Even in the most democratic, even in the most free republic, the dominance of capital remains, while the land remains in private ownership, the state is always governed by a small minority taken for nine tenths of capitalists or from the rich,” V.I. Lenin.
Private or public ownership of the means of production?
According to the analysts of HSE and Vnesheconombank, almost all savings and financial assets of the country are concentrated in the hands of 3% of the richest Russians. For example, the state of the chairman of the board of PJSC Novatek Leonid Michelson in 2019 is estimated at 1.6 trillion rubles, for comparison - this is a tenth of the country's budget. Due to what did Mr. Mikhelson put together my inconspicuous wealth? The company Novatek PJSC is the second in terms of production manufacturer of natural gas in Russia. No less wealthy oligarch Vladimir Lisin owns the largest metallurgical plant in the country - NLMK, which was founded on November 7, 1934 (the first cast iron). On the local level, the scale is smaller, but this does not change the essence of things. Is it true when individual gentlemen use natural wealth, means of production for personal enrichment, assign the results of the work of workers, paying them significantly less than they produced? Of course not.
We advocate public ownership of the means of production, when property is used for the benefit of the whole society, and not individuals. Trillions of rubles, natural wealth, which lead from Russia can be directed to the development of the real sector of the country's economy, social infrastructure, technology, and improve productive forces. The key goal of socialist production relations is to ensure the complete welfare and free comprehensive development of all members of society. With the development of science and technology, a working day will be reduced so that a person of labor can develop culturally, increase the level of his education, participate in socio-political life.
Human needs and his rights are more important than profit
Public ownership of the means of production under the Soviet model of power will solve many fundamental problems that the capitalist system is not able to solve. Ensuring the full employment of the population, taking into account the interests and educational level of a person, improving working conditions and raising income, high -quality and free education at all levels, free medical care, when fatal diseases can be cured in the district hospital, achieveing science and culture in the interests of everyone. Under socialism, the needs of man and his rights are more important than private profit.
This is not a utopia, but a real image of the future that is possible. This requires cardinal changes, including in our minds. We must contrast the Society of Conscious and Free Citizens, united by the idea of building a new socio-economic structure on socialist principles.
