Journalist Ivan Kolunov sent under house arrest

On Saturday day, the Medusa journalist Medusa was charged on Saturday afternoon in attempted drugs for drugs under two articles of the Criminal Code-30 and 228.1. This follows from a copy of the investigator’s decision on attracting as the accused, which was placed by lawyer Pavel Chikov.

On the same day, the Nikulinsky court of Moscow was supposed to elect Golunov a preventive measure. Around 19.45, the journalist was brought from the hospital to the court, the meeting began at about 20.30, at 22:20 the judge made a decision on house arrest. All this time, Ivan was supported by several hundred people on duty at the court.

In court

Judge Mikhail Maksimov sent Golunov under house arrest until August 7. The journalist was released from custody in the courtroom. A set of interim measures is tough: leaving the apartment, communication with accomplices, the use of communications, walks are also prohibited.
The prosecutor asked to arrest Golunov for two months. The accusation cited standard arguments: Golunov is going to hide, does not live at the place of registration and has a passport.

Golunov’s lawyer Dmitry Dzhulay said that there was no evidence of the journalist’s fault: police officers had the opportunity to throw drugs, did not conduct fluffs of their hands and tests of nails. In addition, the period of detention is violated, which is why the arrest’s application must be stopped. The defense asked to send Golunov under house arrest .
Speaking in my defense, Golunov said: "I have never used drugs in life, since the actual detention, I have not resisted." He also stated that he was not to blame for anything and was ready to cooperate with the investigation.
During a pause for a decision, he stated that, most likely, the detention is associated with a new investigation about the funeral business, the income from which is made by senior security officials. He was detained on the day of delivery of a draft on the State Unitary Enterprise "Ritual" . Not everyone got into the courtroom. Journalists trying to break into the building organized an impromptu rally, chanting "Shame!" And "Freedom!"
Chikov wrote that lawyers could not fully familiarize themselves with the case file - they gave them only 15 minutes for 100 pages.
Making an application for the press before starting, but already in a cage in the courtroom, Golunov was in noticeable stress. “I never thought I would visit my funeral. Thank you very much, ”the journalist said.

In the hospital

At about 15.00 on Saturday, Golunov, who finally told lawyers about the beatings and poor health, was taken from the police department to the 71st hospital in Moscow, where the journalist passed a long medical examination.
The Bell learned the preliminary conclusion of the ambulance about the state of Golunov. The bruise of the 10-11th ribs, a suspicion of a closed head injury and on a concussion , hematoma in the occipital region on the left, multiple abrasions of the chest on the front and back surface. The Ministry of Internal Affairs denied the beating of a journalist.
But around 19.30 Moscow time, the head physician of the 71st hospital, Alexander Myasnikov, said that Golunov did not have a concussion and rib fractures. A decision was made to discharge him from the hospital .

Accusation

From the prosecution it follows that when detaining on the afternoon on June 6, Golunov found 3.56 grams of Metepedrin, and during a search in his apartment in the evening - 5.42 grams of cocaine. Both are large.
Such an accusation under the 30th article means that Golunov threatens from 10 to 20 years.
According to investigators, Golunov wanted to sell the drug, but could not, because he was detained.

After familiar journalists announced that they were not true, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow was forced to admit that only one of all the posted photographs in the apartment of Golunov was taken.
