Leonid Volkov was detained after arrest at the exit of the special receiver

The manager of the FBK Project Leonid Volkov, who had served 20 days of administrative arrest for participation in the action against raising the retirement age, immediately after the release from the special receiver was sent to the Tver AVD, said Ivan Zhdanov, director of the FBK.

“Leonid Volkova was not released from the special receiver, although they should have been released at 6: 10 ... Now Leonid in the Tver OVD,” Zhdanov wrote.

He later added that now Volkova is being taken to the Tver court of Moscow.

Leonida after 10 minutes will be taken to the Tverskaya District Court.

Navalny explained this new detention of Volkov by the fact that he left for an arrest for the action in Moscow while it took place in many regions of the country.

“Volkov served twenty days for a rally on September 9. And now they tell him: it was for a rally in Moscow, now you will sit for other cities, ”Navalny wrote on Twitter.

Navalny also stated that Volkova was planted “infinitely”, he turned to the op.

On May 22, the Simonovsky District Court of Moscow arrested the project manager Leonid Volkov for 20 days for violation of the rally rules, which caused harm to human health or property (part 4 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to the action against raising the retirement age on September 9, 2018.
Volkov broadcast from the rally and thus "inspired unknown people to scratch the car."
