US Ambassador to Russia Jon Huntsman may leave his post before the end of the year to return home and run for governor of Utah, The Atlantic reports, citing sources.
According to the publication's sources, Huntsman is holding relevant meetings and negotiations regarding the prospects of his participation in the elections. "He is seriously considering it," said political consultant Chuck Warren, who headed Huntsman's campaign for governor of Utah 15 years ago.
