The Khoroshevsky District Court fined Stanislav Gusev, a trucker protester, 10,000 rubles. The interests of the activist were represented in court by OVD-Info lawyer Ekaterina Selezneva.
Gusev was found guilty of violating the rules of the event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
On March 27, activists celebrated the second anniversary of the strike against the Platon system. They were driving cars with the symbols of the Association of Carriers of Russia. According to them, they also monitored the work of the transport inspectorate.
The police detained eight people. Six of them, including Gusev, were fined the same amount - 10 thousand rubles. Meetings on the cases of other protesters - Pavel Lisichkin and Vadim Boitsov - are scheduled for June 11.
