The deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk Region Andrei Zhirnov specifically for the taiga.info wrote a text about the perception of Joseph Stalin in the 21st century and the reasons for the violent reaction of the public and the media to the holiday in honor of the Generalissimus in the center of Novosibirsk. The editors, guided by the principles of information openness, cites the text of the politician.
The 12th Festival of the Pravda’s left press in Novosibirsk on June 8 unexpectedly received a huge resonance. Many federal portals reported the holiday. The number of references in social networks - goes off scale. The Novosibirsk Communists managed to loudly declare their event throughout the country.
Although initially, such a Novosibirsk regional committee of the Communist Party did not pursue. "Truth Day" is a traditional event, which took place for the 12th time. Every year in the city center, in the Pervomaisky Square, the Soviet Union is returning to the day-red flags, Soviet military equipment, sports, competitions for children, performances of popular groups, rap festival “Words of Pravda”, Rock Concert and Battle of D-Deres. Here, every Novosibirsk-from small to great-can find something interesting for himself. It turned out a kind, family holiday. Each year, the festival is dedicated to one of the glorious events of the Soviet era, last year - the centenary of the Komsomol, in 2017 - the centenary of the great October, and even earlier - the first flight of a person into space.
Then why, this year, journalists wrote so much about the Novosibirsk “Day of Pravda”, and despite the St. Petersburg Economic Forum and a scandal with journalist Ivan Kolunov?
Even one portrait of Joseph Stalin at the festival would be enough to cause such a violent reaction
Stalin. This holiday was dedicated to Generalissimu. And, apparently, it was this fact that caused such a sharp hostility and exposing comments from the liberal party and “progressive” journalists. As it often happens with us, none of the many commentators tried to delve into the essence of what is happening. Even one portrait of Joseph Stalin at the festival would be enough to cause such a violent reaction. And then there was more than one portrait - quotes, visualization of achievements, songs, performances. There was something to experience a feeling of persistent hostility, which usually occurs among followers of liberal ideas at the sight of communist symbols.
The performance of the first secretary of the regional committee of the Communist Party, the mayor of Novosibirsk Anatoly Lokty, was also criticized. As usual, the commentators did not really listen to the performance, but they were indignant to be indignant. Although it was worth listening. Anatoly Lokot spoke simple and understandable things to people. About honesty, truth and justice.
The request of society for justice, honesty and openness of the authorities confirm the results of numerous sociological studies. People are tired of the uncontrolled looting of the country. Tired of yachts, offshores and forks, bought by lost fear and conscience with officials and businessmen for folk money. The total plunder of domestic industry was put by oligarchic clans on the stream, and all the efforts of law enforcement agencies lead only to situational criminal cases. System, planned work on the return of state control over strategic sectors of domestic industry did not begin. There are fewer factories in the country, and there are more and more shopping centers and wholesale bases. The country is rapidly, in some couple of decades, it has turned from industrial into a trade and transfer base. And thanks for this, of course, you need to say to the new capitalists.
And under Stalin, the self -evaluated tension of the forces of the whole people launched whole directions of domestic heavy industry, on the still indestructible remnants of which unprincipled dealers parasitize, considering themselves a new elite of society.
The name of Stalin is still vividly in the memory of the people, as an example of the fact that the state can exist without an oligarchy and corruption
Naturally, looking at this capitalist bacchanalia, ordinary people think to themselves: "Stalin is not for you all, he would have dealt with you at the moment." A couple of years ago, the country discussed how one police colonel found 9 billion rubles in cash. Recently, he was surpassed by another colonel from the legendary department with his 12 billion. Could this happen under Stalin? Of course not. It is not surprising that no one believes in the sincerity and reality of the fight against corruption, the struggle of the clans, the “cop wars”, “did not share”, but not the restoration of law and order.
The performance of Anatoly's elbow, who directly expressed the mood of ordinary people, completely logically caused a violent reaction of liberal journalists and public figures, for whom the collapse of the USSR was an unconditional blessing.
It was the fall of the great power that became the “corridor of opportunities”, which allowed the oligarchic system to form in Russia, from which both the state and the people suffer today.
And the name of Stalin is still vividly in the memory of the people as an example of the fact that the state can exist without oligarchy and corruption. And that is why liberals are afraid of Stalin as fire. This explains such a violent and in places inadequate reaction of the liberal public.
And again, conversations about the 1937th year, that the Communists want to deploy repressions and so on. Do you yourself believe in this nonsense, gentlemen of the liberals? Moreover, frenzy and anger in your words, the passing framework of decency creates that you are ready to tear to pieces by all those who came to the “Truth Day” or burn, as in the Odessa House of Trade Unions. Well, kill me, quilted jacket. Calm down. Respect other people's views.
And why do you think that you have a monopoly on the truth? I do not consider myself a Stalinist, I am not a lawyer of Stalin, and, in my opinion, the Generalissimo does not need defenders. For you, Stalin is repressions, and for us Stalin is a great victory, it is the construction of the first five-year-olds and the incredible enthusiasm of people, a nuclear missile shield and the heyday of science, the restoration of the country after a terrible war in history, it is Yalta and Potsdam. Say that there was nothing?
For you, Stalin is repression, and for us Stalin is a great victory
We are not writing a history textbook now, we are not conducting a scientific symposium, we will leave these disputes to professionals. I'm talking about something else, today Stalin is perceived in society as a defender of the oppressed. The population is now increasingly feeling abandoned. And the figure of Stalin in the mass consciousness is a symbol of justice and an alternative to the current government, which is evaluated as an unfair, cruel and not caring for people. Stalin is the belief of people that not everything is lost, faith in justice, faith in the upcoming victory, faith in human dignity. This faith saved prisoners in the fascist camps of death, attached the spirit of the front and in the rear. You will say that this is a myth. Maybe, but you do not have historical heroes who a simple person would have addressed with his hopes. Nothing to Yeltsin.
History is not written only with white or black colors. The twentieth century was a dramatic not only for our country. My great -grandfather was shot by the Kolchak counterparty, he was a simple peasant, and his fault was that the brother of the great -grandmother was a partisan. They killed in the courtyard the house in front of young children and then did not let me bury ... I remember this, but this does not mean that I will fly to Irkutsk to blow up the monument to the admiral. The civil war is scary, but the revolutions do not occur by accident, it is not a product of a “conspiracy” - this is the result of actions or inaction of the previous regime, the result of the inadequacy of the authorities, its inability to respond to the challenges of time.
Stalin is the belief of people that not everything is lost, faith in justice, faith in the upcoming victory, faith in human dignity
And a completely inappropriate parallel is drawn between the "Day of Truth" and the story with journalist Ivan Kolunov. This is just about repressions, but about the inadequacy of the existing power, its isolation from reality. I thought that I could surprise me with much that visited a journalist, but when I read that they found cocaine at the embassy in Buenos Aires, it was simply shocked. It was this story that was dedicated to one of the investigations of Ivan Golunov. Impunity gives rise to permissiveness. Rotting penetrates all the institutions that the country was proud of. How can the diplomatic service and drug trafficking be connected? Are the connoisseurs of the spire of the Salisberet Cathedral are the heirs of the legendary General Sudoplatov? Delined drugs to a well -known journalist is also beyond the facet of reason, idiocy and complete discrediting of state power and law enforcement system. And then what is a simple person to hope in this world? That's why people are increasingly saying: “They have completely lost fear! Stalin is not on you! ”
