The founder of the FBK Alexei Navalny was detained, whose ally Leonid Volkov is serving a second administrative arrest in a row. However, the detainees were not informed of either their status, or about the reasons why they were in the police.

At least seven districts, according to the OVD-Info, were drawn up protocols under an article that implies administrative arrest up to 15 days. The protocols were drawn up under part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the legislation on rallies, which interferes with transport or pedestrians).
