More than 420 people, according to the OVD-Info, got into the autozaki, and then to the police department as a result of an unauthorized procession, which was held today in the center of the Russian capital. According to the police, there were more than 1000 people for the shares, participants estimate the number of gathered several times more.
The very idea of the procession appeared at a time when the fate of the criminal case against the correspondent of Medusa Ivan Golunov was decided. As a result, on the eve of the planned procession day, the journalist was released , and the charges against him were removed. The initiators of the public event were not able to agree with the capital of the Capherium on the place of the procession, and in the evening of June 11 they called on all those who are not indifferent to stay at home and not participate in the event.
“Our proposal: tomorrow you have a little drink, and in the coming days to agree on the promotion in the center of Moscow. We are convinced that we will not be able to refuse, ”said the statement by Galina Timchenko, Galina Timchenko, the chief of Medusa Ivan Kolpakov, the publisher of Novaya Gazeta, Dmitry Muratov, the chief editor of“ Bell ”Elizabeth Ossetian, the lawyer Golunov Sergey Badamshin. Timchenko and Kolpakov on the march eventually came , but explained that their participation in this march is at the level of individuals.

Journalist Sergei Parkhomenko, who had arrived today on this occasion from Washington, said on the air of the rain, and then on his Facebook that in this way Badamshin’s lawyer was implementing the “closing case in exchange for the cancellation of the march”. Parkhomenko, referring to the comment of Badamshin himself, noted that the lawyer confirms such a version.
The detention of the participants began immediately after the start of the action (procession along the Boulevard Ring) and continued until the evening. The police mainly grabbed people in T -shirts in support of Golunov, although it was also a random passers -by.
Some of the detentions were very tough. Among those who got into the autozaki were famous people - writer Grigory Oster, political analyst Gleb Pavlovsky, politician, coordinator of the Left Front movement Sergei Udaltsov.

The founder of the FBK Alexei Navalny was detained, whose ally Leonid Volkov is serving a second administrative arrest in a row. As Navalny himself said in his social networks, in his case, the case will not be limited to the detention for a day. “How is everything rapidly this time. They said that I organized an illegal procession through the boulevards. Remove the laces and belt, hand over the phone - and into the camera. Well, okay. But today I was among honest people and myself remained an honest man, ”Navalny said. According to the politician, his detention is associated with an attempt to block the campaign to nominate independent candidates in the Moscow City Duma: “I have no doubt that Putin and Sobyanin are very important to isolate me for a month in order to deprive the support and media resource of independent candidates in the MSD. It is very difficult for them, especially to collect signatures. Help them. We must give battle to crooks from United Russia
Especially a lot of reports were detained by journalists, even those who came to the event with an official editorial task. Correspondents of Rain, MBH Media, Echo of Moscow, Medusa, as well as The New Times Leonid Moyzhe were detained.
Moizh said that although he was on stocks exclusively as an observer and immediately informed the police, that he was a journalist, he was put in a car Zak, where, according to his reports, they kept about three hours without any design. Then he was brought to the North Izmailovo Department of Internal Affairs, and then to the Vostochny Izmailovo police department, where he was a few more hours - until late in the evening. Together with him there were kept a dozen more march participants.
According to Moizh, police officers treated the detainees politely and already in the police department agreed to accept and transfer the parcel with food and the drink that the OTD-Info lawyer brought. However, the detainees were not informed of either their status, or about the reasons why they were in the police.
In the Alekseevskoye police department, for a long time did not let doctors to the beaten photographer Valery Shadow. In the Department of Internal Affairs of other areas (Voikovsky, Khamovniki, Butyrsky), the detainees forced dactyloscopy, threatening to leave people in the department for 48 hours. In the Alekseevsky Police Department, law enforcement officers, according to the OVD-Info, behaved especially hard. “There are at least 10 people in the department. They selected phones. It is reported that police officers behave aggressively, and one of the detainees looks like he was beaten, ” the organization’s website reports.
At least seven districts, according to the OVD-Info, were drawn up protocols under an article that implies administrative arrest up to 15 days. The protocols were drawn up under part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the legislation on rallies, which interferes with transport or pedestrians).
On the other hand, in some areas, the detainees were released even without drawing up a protocol. This happened, for example, in the Sokolina Mountain Department of Internal Affairs. Some foreign journalists were released directly to the shares. Nevertheless, the famous journalists Ilya Azar and Elizabeth Nesterov issued protocols under the same arrest article.
Revenge for the authorities for making concessions the day before called the film producer and TV presenter Mikhail Shirvindt on the air of the rain in Moscow. He believes that the authorities are extremely annoyed that he had to release the Medusa journalist under the pressure of public opinion and remove the two generals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from the posts: “They will take revenge, and for a long time!”

In St. Petersburg, the action in support of Golunov took place without detention. Gathered at the Square of uprising were engaged in the distribution of special newspapers dedicated to the journalist and contained his reports. Not without detentions in Vladivostok - Katerina Ostapenko, coordinator of the local “headquarters of Navalny”, was delivered to the police department.
