In Moscow, in the Alekseevsky police department, law enforcement officers treat detainees rudely. They themselves reported this to OVD-Info.
There are at least 10 people in the department. Their phones were taken away. It is reported that the police officers behave aggressively, and one of the detainees looks like he was beaten.
