The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow returned to the police the administrative case of Ukrainian citizen Vladimir Nizov, said Alla Frolova, legal aid coordinator for OVD-Info.
Nizov says that he did not participate in the action. He was detained on Strastnoy Boulevard. In the department, a protocol was drawn up against him under part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in a rally that caused interference with the functioning of life support facilities, transport or social infrastructure). He spent the night at the police station in the Golovinsky district.

At the moment, the detainee was taken back to the police department in the Sokol district. According to Zakhvatov, the activist should not be left overnight at the police station again, since Archagov is a voting member of the Electoral Commission.
