The Omsk region failed the overhaul program

The Omsk region has failed the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings. This was stated by Governor Alexander Burkov.

“362 houses took part in the overhaul program in 2018. But much more was planned within the framework of the program. In 2018, we did not cope with the program. It failed today,” Burkov said on June 13 ( quote from Interfax). - Personnel decisions on this issue were made by me. We need to catch up, taking into account the new requirements of federal legislation for the development of design estimates and the selection of contractors.”

According to the governor, residents' money held in special accounts "is not always used for its intended purpose." They are sent for current repairs or landscaping of yards, which is contrary to the law.

In total, more than 1 billion rubles have been accumulated on special accounts of houses.
