Parents of the graduate student of Moscow State University Azat Miftakhov, who suspected in the case of a smoke bomb thrown into the United Russia office, announced the threats that they and their children from the security forces were received by the MBH Media, reported in the initiative group of Moscow State University.
According to these data, the police Nizhnekamsk, where Miftakhov’s parents live, call them for conversations in the Internal Affairs Directorate and come to them home. At the same time, they threaten the younger sister of a graduate student who studies in the ninth grade and passes OGE. The security forces promise her problems with her studies and registration.
“Two employees in civilian clothes came home to the Azat family on June 6. These were the same employees who, on instructions from Moscow, came in February, after the detention of Azat. They persistently asked the stepfather of Azat and his younger sister to come to a conversation in the Internal Affairs Directorate on the same day. Leaving, they said that if Azat had testified to the right people, he would be released, ”the initiative group said.
The police forced the mother, the younger sister and stepfather of Miftakhov to appear in the Internal Affairs Directorate, where a minor girl was threatened by the persecution for supporting her brother and sticking stickers with text in defense.
In a telephone conversation with Miftakhov’s mother, a police officer said that he was guilty and advised her to “stop talking with social activists” and “take up my daughter”.
On June 5, the Golovinsky court of Moscow for two months - until August 7 - extended the arrest of Miftakhov.
The 25-year-old graduate student of the Mehmat MSU Miftakhov was detained on February 1. It was reported that the young man was detained as part of a criminal case of illegal production of explosives (part 1 of article 223 of the Criminal Code). The case was allegedly instituted after the discovery of a home -made explosive device in the Balashikha near Moscow, which was not acted. The security forces, according to Miftakhov, beat him and tortured him with a screwdriver. Due to the threats, the graduate student revealed his veins. Later, the members of the PMC confirmed the fact of torture.
On February 7, the court was supposed to take place as Miftakhov was suppressed. However, the police released him and detained him in another criminal case - on suspicion of hooliganism (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code). We are talking about arson of the United Russia office in Khovrino in January 2018. Then the activists broke the office window and threw a saber there.
Then Miftakhov was arrested. The judge argued the decision by the fact that the graduate student could hide, previously “prepared“ color revolutions ”, and was also judged. The lawyer of the graduate student noted that the defendant in the case of arson of the office, Alexei Kobaidze, did not recognize Miftakhov during the investigative actions, while he was identified by a classified witness in a mask, which the operational employee brought to the court meeting.
