What happened to Ivan Kolunov after the detention: he says

Journalist Ivan Kolunov live an interview with Ksenia Sobchak - so far the only one after his release. In it, he told in detail how he was detained and what happened in the next few hours when there was no connection with him, and neither relatives nor lawyer knew about his detention. MBH Media publishes excerpts from his story.

Detention

On June sixth, Ivan Kolunov went from one meeting to another - with journalist Ilya Vasyunin, to the Chocolate House on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. Vasyunin wanted to ask Golunov a few questions about the Moscow City Hall. Ivan did not know this route very well: a few days before what happened, he first learned a short path from his girlfriend from Petrovka to Color Boulevard.

“I like to use the“ Our City ”portal for complaints to the city authorities. I saw a rumpled road sign on the street and took a picture of it, then to send a complaint - and at that moment there was a cry of “Stand!” At first I thought that this was some kind of gop-stop, I remembered that I had no laptop with me, and relaxed. ”

Two people in civilian clothes ran to Ivan, twisted his hands behind him, put on their handcuffs and pulled the phone out of his pocket - demanding to unlock. Golunov refused, the phone was put back. At this time, a car drove up to them, and Golunov said: "You are detained, this is a criminal investigation department." Certificates of police showed Ivan only in the car when he demanded to introduce himself and inform his relatives that he was detained.

Having drove 150 meters, the car stopped, one of the operatives went out and went to the other cars, where there were also probably police officers. He returned with his witness, informed Golunov that the DVR was being conducted, and turned him in the seat of a half -turn so that his hands were visible to the operatives - a backpack, a jacket and handcuffs all this time were on him. To the questions of what is happening and why he is being taken to the CJSC, although they were detained to the Central Administrative District, Golunov answered: "We can work anywhere, the main thing is to work under the article."

Spring

In the Department of Internal Affairs in Ivan CJSC, they brought drug control in the premises, and the operatives were very annoyed that he read the papers that lay on their table. After 30-40 minutes, the second understood was brought into the room.

“I was strained that employees who entered the room greeted me, including with a witness. One, for example, told him: “Oh, Seryoga, are you sick?”, Since he was understood in the gauze bandage. In response to my indignation about the fact that they were familiar, the operatives answered me that they looked at his data in the protocol. ”

When trying to inspect, Kolunov demanded the presence of a lawyer. In response to this, they told him that "operational-search measures are being held, and he has not yet been detained, and the lawyer is entitled only when the case is already referred to the investigator." The operatives said that they would conduct a “forced search” - an employee named Denis Konovalov began to tear his jacket from Ivan, holding him into a corner. Golunov was divided naked, examined his things, then began to inspect the backpack.

“They open a large branch of the backpack - and there is a bag with small colored balls on top. I immediately said that this was something new appeared, I did not have this. Although I do not understand when they managed to throw them. The bag, catching behind the notebook, hung right from above - did not fall deep into it. ”

During the search, Golunov found press cards and tried to find out the details from him, but he refused to answer without a lawyer. According to Ivan, the police most likely knew who he was, because they asked him about Riga in the car.

When Golunov was going to lead to dactyloscopy, he also refused to do this without a lawyer and said: “I won’t go anywhere without a lawyer, you want - drag it.” On this, the operative Maxim Maratovich Umetbaev flared up and twice hit Golunov with a fist in the temple.

In the corridor of the forensic center, Golunov began to shout that he did not have a lawyer and no one knows that he was detained - but the operatives stuffed him into the office of the expert. Police officers said that they would clamp his hands and conduct a dactyloscopy forcibly - but the expert said that it was impossible; She went out, returned and asked to “prepare the client” and come later. Golunov was taken back to the room where the inspection was held.

“The operative came, who, apparently, decided to play the role of a good policeman:“ Now we will call the lawyer, give the phone. ” But I did not want to unlock it, so I needed a phone that I remember from memory. As a result, I dictated his friend's number, he wrote him down, but did not call him anywhere, but began to tell me: “Ah, this is your friend, you want to warn the accomplice! You live together because you are fagots!” I asked to google and call my lawyer Sergei Badamshin, but no one did it. ”

Medical examination

After that, Golunov was dragged and stuffed into a civilian car, while the operatives changed numbers from her - the other employees later joked that they did not want to pay fines for driving in the dedicated lane. Ivan was brought to a medical examination point, where drunk drivers are usually brought - he belongs to the Health Department. There, Golunov was asked to go through an alcohol test and pass the urine.

“There are a lot of cameras, and I realized that if I do something wrong in the general magazine, it would be difficult for them to tear out this sheet and write something of my own. Everywhere, in all magazines and at all the tags, I wrote that they did not notify anyone about my detention, I have no lawyer, and the actions of the police are illegal. They were all very furious that I was writing all this of them. ”

According to Golunov, the case file does not appear that they were in this medical center. The investigator, under a large pressure, entered the phrase on the medical examination in the testimony of Golunov. There were many people there, so Ivan clung to the shop and again demanded a lawyer - the operatives together were unhooked and dragged to the stairs. When Golunov caught up for something, they all fell-he hit his head on the edge of the step, the operative fell on him. Then he was pulled out into the street, and while one employee went behind the car, the other put his leg to Ivan on his chest so that he would not move.

“You behave badly, we will not weaken the handcuffs,” said the operative Golunov.

After that, Ivan was brought to the apartment where the search was held - and before entering the entrance, the car was driven into another part of the courtyard, from where it was not visible. When after 30 minutes the police called and said that it was possible to approach, several police cars were already standing in the yard.

The search in the apartment of Golunov was carried out by four operatives, although only two are indicated in the protocol. At the same time, people unknown to him constantly entered the apartment. The police had the keys to the apartment: they were seized during the inspection. Ivan says that he did not feel that they went into the apartment without him, but there was one strangeness - the operative opened the door the first time, although Golunov had about 15 keys on the ligament. In the decision on the search, Ivan saw that there was a permit for SORM from May 30, that is, they could listen to it.

In the apartment, the operatives in order examined all the things - all this time, another employee named Denis was sitting behind the window. When two policemen and Kholunov examined the bookcases, Denis got up and went to that part of the room that was not visible to them.

“He comes out, comes up to us and asks if they looked at the top of those cabinets. They brought him a stool, he climbed, took out a large album from there and exclaimed: “Oh! Sanks!” Then they looked quite formally, they didn’t even look at the pots with flowers in the kitchen and only part of the drugs took out from the first -aid kit - this was no longer interested in them. ”

In the video, Golunov demonstrated that it was easy to throw drugs to this place - a tall man calmly reaches the top of the cabinet. The lawyer was provided to Ivan only 15 hours after his detention. While the operatives drove him around the city, he turned to several passers -by with a request to call his lawyer or relatives, but no one did this.
