The Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg dismissed the administrative case of Mikhail Borisov, who was detained with a drum at the May Day march. This is reported by “Apology of Protest”.
Borisov was detained even before the start of the protest. A protocol was drawn up against him under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the rules of public events by a participant). However, the court dismissed the administrative case due to the lack of corpus delicti.
At the May Day march in St. Petersburg, which was coordinated with local authorities, 68 people were detained . One of the detainees, Natalya Barinova, appealed to the Investigative Committee because of the police, who, according to her, broke her arm during the arrest.
