When asked by Golunov why he was delivered there, although they were detained in the center, the employees said that they had the right to work "anywhere."

From the very beginning of the detention, Golunov notes, he demanded to inform the lawyer and colleagues about the detention. But the police told him that he needed a lawyer only at the moment when the case file was handed over to the investigator.
