The Tosnensky City Court of the Leningrad region acquitted the police, the head of the threat department, Ilya Schukin and the operative Sergei Laslov, accused of a large -scale drug and “B” and “G” of paragraph 4 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code) and in falsification of evidence (part 3 of Article 303).

This was announced by the “Mediazone” lawyer Laslov Kirill Moskalev. In addition, both police officers were justified on charges of abuse of powers with the causing consequences (paragraph “c” of part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code).

At the same time, the judge re -qualified the charge of receiving a bribe on an attempt on a large -scale fraud and found both police officers guilty. Three years of imprisonment are appointed Laslova. Schukin - three years and four months.

According to Bespalov, instead of a synthetic drug, he laid the buyer crushed harmless pills.

According to the investigation, later, when the substitution was detected, Laszlov, at the direction of Schukin, was thrown by the detained buyer to Hashish amphetamine instead of pills.
