Anastasia Shevchenko was left under strict house arrest for another three months

The Leninsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don extended until September 17 a home arrest member of the Open Russia Council Anastasia Shevchenko, accused of participating in an “unwanted organization”, MBH Media reports. As stated in the Telegram channel "Human Rights Cards" , Shevchenko has the most stringent conditions of house arrest. She is forbidden to communicate with all, except for her mother, two children, investigator and apartment mistress, use the connection, and accompany the child to school.

Lawyers of the activist Sergei Badamshin and Sergey Kovalevich asked to introduce to the case a decision of the conference on the liquidation of the Open Russia movement and the FSIN answer to a request for the possibility of organizing control over Shevchenko during walks. According to the document, it is possible to organize control, it is only necessary to replace a stationary observing bracelet with a mobile device. However, the court agreed with the arguments of the investigation that Shevchenko could hide, and did not see the grounds for walking.

In her speech, Shevchenko noted that she would be advanced to the City Duma of Rostov-on-Don and will not refuse his plans, writes the Telegram channel of Open Russia. She called the accusations to her absurd, noting that the organization of lectures and participation in the debate is not a "crime against the state system of the country", as the investigator insists on this.

On the night before the court session in Rostov-on-Don and on the M-4 Don highway, posters and a banner appeared in support of Shevchenko, stylized under the sensational advertisement of the Delivery Club food delivery service, telling about the details of the courier biography. "Anastasia will not be able to take her son to the section - she is under house arrest. Anastasia Shevchenko, a teacher of English and French, is sitting under the arrest of organizing a lecture," the poster says. Sledcom Delivery is written in its corner.

On the road interchange over the M-4 highway, leading to Rostov-on-Don, a poster appeared with the inscription "Welcome to Rostov" and the image of Shevchenko behind bars, writes "Notepad" .

Recall that Anastasia Shevchenko became the first criminal case in Russia about the activities of an “unwanted organization”. In January, searches as part of the case were held with eight activists in Rostov-on-Don, Kazan and Ulyanovsk. The basis of the criminal case was two resolutions on an administrative offense - for participating in political debates in Taganrog and for the publication of the announcement of the school of municipal deputies in Rostov.

On January 23, Shevchenko was sent under house arrest. A few days after that , the 17-year-old daughter of the activist, who was disabled by the first group, died . Shevchenko at first was not allowed to visit her. On February 10, in large cities of Russia, the Martial Anger March was held in support of Shevchenko. At the end of March, the Open Russia Conference decided to eliminate the movement in order to protect their activists.
