Anna Shekalova, an activist of protests against the landfill near the Shies station, who was arrested for a total of 10 days, is being charged with a third administrative protocol. This was reported in the Gossip Kotlas group on the VKontakte social network.
The post posted a recording of a telephone conversation, in which Shekalova herself talks about what is happening. According to her, on June 13, she was taken out of the special detention center in the city of Kotlas, where she is serving her second five days of administrative arrest, brought to the police and tried to draw up a new protocol under Article 6.1.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (beatings). The protocol indicated that a man named Amirov said that Shekalova allegedly attacked him using pepper spray.
“I don’t know what kind of gas spray I sprayed, I never had a gas spray,” Shekalova says on the posted inscription.
After the activist got through to her lawyer, the lawyer contacted the police chief of Kotlas, who assured the lawyer that no action would be taken against Shekalova in the absence of a lawyer. The lawyer was supposed to arrive at the police station by 9:00 am on June 14.
Sanction under Art. 6.1.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses can serve 15 days of arrest.
