Novosibirsk: The bailiffs did not transfer money to the family by alimony

In the Central District Court of Novosibirsk, the process began, where ten bailiffs were the defendants in the lawsuit of Irina Rybka, who did not receive alimony from her ex-husband due to negligence of employees. The woman did not read more than 450 thousand rubles. This was reported by "Russian newspaper."

For several years, the fish received alimony from her ex -husband irregularly. Then she went to court for a penalty. In 2014, the court ruled that the penalty amounted to 878 thousand rubles. This year, the woman went to court once again with a request to index the amount. During the meeting, it turned out that the former spouse paid off part of the debt of 54 thousand rubles. This money did not reach the fish.

After that, the woman, together with the lawyer, compared all the payments of her ex -husband, and it turned out that the fish did not receive more than 400 thousand rubles from 2013 to 2017.

"The funds were received to the account of the departments of bailiffs - we consider this as unjust enrichment and demand from the treasury to return the money to the plaintiff," said lawyer Olga Diulina.

The bailiff service does not agree with the charges. In total, the defendants in the case became 10 bailiffs, four district departments, the alimony department of the regional UFSSP, the Department itself and the Federal Service.
