He was on December 12, 2009, he took a heroic participation in the suppression of the action, threatening the foundations of the system existing in the country. Then a group of attackers, gathered in the center of the capital, directly near the building of the presidential administration, stretched out into the chain, and everyone, imagine, picked up a sheet with a large -written letter over his head; It turned out: "Follow the Constitution!" And the policeman Syakin and his comrades, as well as with colleagues from the Federal Security Service, this disgrace of the nipple, because it is possible to call for compliance with the constitution with us when obtaining sanctions and in a specially designated place for this.

During the suppression, the policeman Syakin personally neutralized one of the attackers and delivered him to this most specially designated place, determined him to the monkey, wrote the corresponding report, and the duty officer drew up the protocol. And then the justice of the peace, merciless, but fair, to whom the policeman Syakin gave exhaustive testimonies, having weighed all on the well -calibrated scales of the domestic femid, appointed an attacker a fine of 500 rubles.

Agree, quite a bit. Not the money because of which it would be worth to tear the post-tombs. But the attacker did not calm down. He claimed that the policeman Syakin was lying in his testimony. That, being a photojournalist of the Russian news agency, the news agency, at the presidential administration, carried out an editorial task, had a service certificate with him, did not hold any letters in his hands, and could not do it because his hands were occupied with a camera that he shot demonstrators and stopped the ugliness of law enforcement officers. The pictures, by the way, were presented to the justice of the peace, but the justice of the peace was not impressed, he believed the policeman Syakin, who described in detail how supposedly the correspondent brazenly waved a leaf with a letter in his system of his own kind. The justice of the peace was not even impressed by the relevant statements of the leaders of RIA News, who did not abandon their employee.

And in 2011, she was not used to it that her employees were treated as the policeman Syakin does. The decision of the judge was appealed. On the same day when the court fined the photojournalist, the leaders and chief editors of the leading Russian media addressed the then head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Rashid Nurgaliev with an open letter, which demanded to figure out and take measures to protect society as a whole and journalists in particular from impunity violations of their rights and freedoms by law enforcement agencies. A special meeting of the Secretariat held (then) the Union of Journalists ...

In general, the higher district court canceled the decision of the justice of the peace. Moreover, the policeman Syakin suddenly stated in the district court that he simply had just addressed the correspondent, took him for someone else.

“He was erroneously detained by us, as he approached another citizen who took part in the picket along the signs of another citizen,” Syakin explained vaguely. It followed from what he said that "the detention took place on the orientations represented by the FSO officers." But in the course of a subsequently official audit, having viewed all the photos and video materials, the police were convinced that the correspondent in the picket did not participate, but was detained only because he looked like one of the protesters. Therefore, as the policeman Syakin showed, in the First Court he was sure that the journalist participated in the picket, and now (after checking) he was sure of the opposite. So its previous (witness!) Indications can be considered invalid.

And the administrative case against the correspondent was canceled. It all ended wonderful as it doesn’t. The correspondent saved five hundred.

“We are satisfied that the situation was resolved within the framework of the legal field. All participants in the process, a judge and representatives of the internal affairs bodies showed a fundamental approach to the case, which allowed to quickly eliminate the error made in relation to our employee, ”said the Deputy General Director of RIA News.

But it seems to me that, if we talk about the fundamental approach, you need to start sorting out - with the policeman Syakin, and with his bosses and with judges.

Otherwise, the titanic efforts made by all of us in the name of the victory of common sense, and they will not cost a penny. The case with Ryan correspondent may well become a precedent, after which the feeling of impudent impunity of the policeman will be able to even a little fear of an inevitable punishment.

Even if you make a policeman Syakin with a scapegoat, the only defendant in this simple matter, and give the policeman Syakin a complete measure - then, after all, Syakin will think the next time when a new opportunity to make a linden report. Otherwise, he will not think and, even if he is suddenly caught by the hand, he will simply refer to a bad visual memory. And his physical disadvantage will again be treated with understanding.

More than a year has passed, like a riot police, who was sent to Vladivostok, to disperse local demonstrators, with particular pleasure, he beat the journalists with clubs, knowingly knowing that it was the journalists who was beating. Our professional union gathered these facts and sent the corresponding letter to the general to the prosecutor. From Moscow, this was transported directly to Primorye, from there they answered: since the riot police worked in masks, it is not possible to establish specific guilty ones.

I am aware of the difficulties of the Primorsky prosecutors (near Moscow, riot police, having beaten the Vladivostoktsev, departed - without removing the masks! - at the place of constant deployment). But after all, these heroic people have bosses who give them orders and are responsible for how these orders are executed.

It would seem that punish the bosses, and much will immediately change magically.

By the way, this applies not only to the internal affairs bodies. The first house, demolished by the Moscow authorities in the now -famous summer village "Rechnik", as the court established, was demolished illegally. I hope that a criminal case will be instituted against the relevant officials, but at least to please everyone (all!) Already now - can I? Only for this only house. Yes, because they crushed him at night, in the cold, but they beat the mistress, but the property was struck ...

Here are the thoughts of the story with the heroic policeman Syakin. But I seemed to dream ....

A fresh picture appeared in social networks, immediately dispersed in hundreds of reposts. On June 12, 2019, a person is in public order in the center of the capital, and he, of course, is right. Because in a brochure (I read it!), Which a woman holds in her hands, it really is written that even other persistent minds can shake in their beliefs.

And then they recognized the hero of the picture!

This is he, a former policeman, and now cleansed of the past, characteristic of the police of the shortcomings, a native of the village of Seredi (this is halfway from Kaluga to Bryansk; in the Seredaei 1700 people, and from all the sights - a closed mine and ruins of the Orlov manor) Vladimir Syakin! The same, but already - the captain of the police, we can congratulate.

Apparently, the Russian Constitution has become its specialization.

By the way, RIA News, saved by the collective efforts of colleagues from financial losses, Andrei Stenin, later died under unclear circumstances in eastern Ukraine. The memorial plaque in his honor is now hanging on the agency’s building, which holds in his honor the annual international photo contest.
