The Ural businessman beat other people's children with sticks, stuck needles and knives into his hands. For this he received 4 years conditionally

On June 14, the judge of the suburban district court of the Sverdlovsk region, Evgeny Mulkov, sentenced to four years in prison of a conditionally Yekaterinburg businessman Yuri Yudin, founder of the IT-Holding “ITEM”, which includes Planet Internet Provider and a popular entertaining portal Weburg.net.

Yudin was accused of the torture of a minor child. The court took place in closed mode, and up to the sentence of the details of the criminal case, almost nothing was known.

However, the day before the verdict, the Nizhny Tagil edition “Between the lines” published a video of the torture. This video formed the basis of the prosecution.

In the middle of the room is a boy of 5-7 years old in a blue sweater.

“Now, if you do more than in training, you will catch up with them. And so you will not catch up with them, ”Yudin tells him. We are talking about children who, like a boy, go to the Aikido section. The boy in the section is not among the leaders. Yudin hands the child a control panel with the words: "Well, punish!" The boy presses on the button, after which he is abruptly bend and sobs. He presses the button 3 times. Yudin stops him and says: "Slow!" The boy presses the button another 7 times, but now holds it longer. He begins to roar, but Yudin demands: "Consider!" In total, the boy presses the button 15 times!

As the investigation will later establish, on the neck of the boy at that moment there was an electric sector. Each time, clicking on the button, he beat himself with an electric shock.

“So you need it? Why are you doing this? - Judin asks when the child ends self -torture. - Stupidity, stupidity! You still remained weak. You look: you punished yourself, remained weak and did not reach anything in Aikido. And he could just do [it is not clear what exactly] every day. And I would be strong, everyone would respect you, and no one would punish you. And you would not punish yourself. You make stupidity, understand? You are bad. "

The torture on the video was expected by the boy’s mother. She, as the investigation established, worked in one of the structures of “ITEM” and was a subordinate Yudin.

According to the businessman, the woman herself asked him to “punish” the child. At the trial, she refused to testify against the entrepreneur.

Yudin himself at the trial called what was happening in the video "nothing more than an educational process."

A video with bullying, according to the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee, the investigators were transmitted by a person who went through the Yudin case as a witness. His name is not revealed. However, it is known that the recording with the electric sector is not the only one on which Yuri Yudin is mocking the children.

Another record , which is at the disposal of “New”, Yudin, being in nature, takes a thick stick in one hand, and in the other - a child, also seven years old. "Well, no, no?" - asks a man of a roaring boy. He takes him to the side and hesizes it strongly with a stick along the buttocks.

All this happens in front of at least four people: three adults and one child.

On the third entry , which is also published by the Nizhny Tagil portal “Between the lines”, Yudin, being in the apartment, calls the girl lying in front of him with unprintable words and “expel” “demons” from her, wringing his hands.

At the fourth record, the businessman knits the hand of a minor boy with a knife, "to find out: he is a boy or a girl."

On the fifth , it pierces the hands of the girl and the boy with needles with the words: "Jedi do not sob."

Only seven records that capture physical mockery of children. All children - no more than ten years old.

After the announcement of the verdict on the media and social networks, a wave of indignation swept: a conditional term for atrocities?! A petition appeared on the Change.org platform demanding to review the businessman’s business. Whether the prosecutor’s appeal will be submitted-it is incomprehensible: the press service of the Novaya Gazeta department said that the state prosecution had not yet received the motivating part of the sentence, so it cannot answer the question of appeal. At the trial, the prosecutor demanded five years for Yudin.

However, it must be said that the conditional term in the case of Yudin is already “success”.

Last year, the same suburban district court completely freed the businessman from criminal liability, considering that his case is incorrect to qualify under Article 117 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“The torture of a knowingly minor”). The Chairman of the Court, Julia Kleptsova, then retrained the case of Yudin to Art. 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“beatings”) and closed it “behind the expiration of the statute of limitations”: a video with the child’s torture by the electric sector was shot in 2014-2016, and “limitation dates” under Art. 116 of the Criminal Code is only two years. The decision of the chairman of the suburban court, however, was successfully challenged by the prosecutor's office.

According to the interlocutors of the “new” in “ITEM”, Yudin behaved cruelly not only with children, but also with subordinates.

After the initiation of a criminal case, Yudin left the business, saying that his company "has nothing to do with the circumstances of his personal life."

Yuri Yudin himself has two children. He is deprived of parental rights.
