In St. Petersburg, police officers detained a minor left-wing activist and founder of the organization "Student" - a trade union for schoolchildren. This was reported to the hotline by a member of the Lenin Komsomol, who wished to remain anonymous.
According to him, the detained 11th grader was taken to police department No. 2. In words, the teenager is charged with violating the rules for holding the event (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The protocol against him has not yet been drawn up, for what part of the article they want to accuse the activist - it is not known.
The interlocutor of OVD-Info noted that law enforcement officers also decide whether to draw up a report on the detainee under the article on disobedience to the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to the man, the detention is related to the picket, but he does not know what kind of action he is talking about.
