The Moscow City Court reduced the term of administrative arrest of the manager of the Anti-Corruption Fund, Leonid Volkov, from 15 days to eight. The head of the FBK, Ivan Zhdanov, wrote about this on Twitter.
Volkov was arrested for broadcasting with a call to go to a rally against pension reform in St. Petersburg, which took place on September 9, 2018. Prior to that, he served 20 days for calling for the same rally, but in Moscow.
Immediately after the end of the first arrest, he was detained and taken to the department. The FBK manager said that in both mobile phones, which were supposed to be given to him after his release from the special detention center, he found adhesive tape pasted between the battery and the contact. He believes that the adhesive tape was pasted in so that he could not report the detention.
