The Barnaul executive committee of United Russia may be empty due to the election of the Murmansk governor

The well-known Altai political strategist Konstantin Malyshev left the post of head of the Barnaul executive committee of United Russia in order to work in the election campaign of the acting governor of the Murmansk region Andrei Chibis. A significant part of party functionaries may leave behind him.

The political strategist added that the candidacy of a successor was not discussed with him, and he himself could combine both the leadership of the Barnaul executive committee and work for Chibis.

“This [dismissal] is practically a forced measure. Senior colleagues in the regional department considered that I could not work in the Murmansk region and lead the executive committee at the same time, - said Malyshev. - For some reason, this year they have such doubts about my abilities. I voluntarily resigned. Who will do next, I have no idea. I worked for two years, leaving for various elections, in the regions and outside the country. In Barnaul this year, a ridiculous by-election in one of the constituencies. The preliminary voting was carried out by me remotely.

According to Taiga.info, a significant part of the staff of the Barnaul executive committee may leave their posts after Malyshev. Vasily Morozov, head of the department of organizational and propaganda work of the ER regional department, does not have such information.

“I’m not ready to confirm yet, there was no such information, but I don’t exclude that this is possible, because the leader is often left,” Morozov said to Taige.info. - Let's just say that we have a candidate for his [Malyshev's] place in the approval stage.
