The court fined five participants in the procession on June 12 in Moscow

The Khamovnican Court of Moscow set fines to five participants in the march against the factory of criminal cases, held on June 12 in Moscow. This was reported to the "MBH Media" was reported by lawyer Elena Makarova and journalist Alexander Chernykh.

All participants in the procession were found guilty of an offense under Part 6.1 of Art. 20.2 Code of Administrative Offenses (participation in an unauthorized action that entailed the creation of hindrance to the movement of pedestrians or transport). Each of them is a fine of 10 thousand rubles.

“The judge rejected almost all of our petitions: the police refused to call, the video materials refused to introduce. During the acquaintance [the judge] interrupted the meeting, kicked us out, let in the following, who had an extension of the preventive measure. I see this for the first time in my life, ”said Makarova, noting that the defense was going to appeal the court decisions.

The lawyer also refused to name the names of the four of her clients without their consent. Alexander Chernykh was a witness in the administrative case of Yevgeny Khutoryansky.

In Moscow, on June 12, a march was held against the factory of criminal cases. Initially, they wanted to hold the action in support of journalist Ivan Golunov, but he was soon released from house arrest, and the case against him was closed. The Moscow authorities refused to coordinate the action, according to the OVD-Info, 530 people were detained on it.
