Against the director of "Eco -Protection!" Five criminal cases have opened at once due to the law on foreign agents

The Federal Bailiff Service opened five criminal cases against the director of the NPO "Eco -Protection!" Alexandra Koroleva. This was reported by "Mediazona" with reference to the representative of the organization Vladimir Slivak and lawyer of the Public Verdict Foundation Elena Pershakov.

All five cases were excited under an article on malicious non -fulfillment of the court decision (part 2 of article 315 of the Criminal Code). The reason was five fines that the court previously appointed "Eco -Protection!" For non -fulfillment of the Law on Foreign Agents: the organization fundamentally does not recognize itself as a foreigner and does not submit reports to the Ministry of Justice.

Cases were initiated on May 30, but it became known only on June 19. On the “Public Verdict” page on Facebook, it is noted that forty minutes were enough to initiate five criminal cases.

The magistrate court in Kaliningrad issued "Eco -Protection!" Five fines from the end of 2016 to the end of 2017. Two - for failure to fulfill in the period of legal order (part 1 of article 19.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Three more fines were assigned for failure to provide information to the NGOs recognized by a foreign agent (Articles 19.7.5–2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

According to the "mediazones", the total amount of all fines amounted to more than two million rubles. The Public Verdict notes that the amount of the debt is one million 360 thousand 750 rubles. At the same time, human rights activists note that the organization has no money, and its accounts have been arrested since last year.

Alexander Korolev has already left the territory of Russia and is going to ask for political asylum abroad: under Article 315 of the Criminal Code, she can face up to two years in prison. "Eco -protection!" She made a decision on liquidation and submitted the relevant documents to the Ministry of Justice, but the department refused to organize this procedure.

On January 1, 2020, the German government recognized the Queen as a political refugee and plans to provide her with asylum. About this "Eco -Protection!" reported on her website.

The queen left Russia on June 5. The decision to provide asylum was made on December 19, 2019, but it became known only on December 30.
