The second contractor refused to conduct Technoprom in Novosibirsk at an increased price

The Novosibirsk government again could not conclude a contract for the forum "Technoprom-2019". Last year's contractor refused to sign documents even after increasing the price of 20 million rubles.

The authorities chose the Contractor of the Technoprom LLC Business Dialog - the company organized the forum in 2018. The contract was decided to conclude at the price of 59.7 million rubles, but the contractor refused to sign documents, it was said on the public procurement website.

Under the terms of the contract, the forum should be carried out no further than 40 km from Novosibirsk and 10 km from Tolmachevo. The Novosibirsk Expocenter is suitable for geographical conditions, where Technoprom is held annually.

As Taiga.info wrote, the authorities previously increased the maximum contract price to 63 million rubles. This happened after the Yekaterinburg company, the contractor of the Moscow, Krasnoyarsk, St. Petersburg and Sevastopol government agencies, Malibu, refused to sign a contract at the price of 43 million rubles. In the previous competition, she went around the “Business Dialogue”.

In addition to increasing the price, the authorities decided to change the conditions of the forum - judging by the documents, it awaits less foreign guests. So, Malibu would have to print 300 programs in English and Chinese, and “Business Dialogue” - 200 each. Instead of 200 catalogs of the exhibition in foreign languages ​​in the new contract, only 100 are indicated in the new contract. The circulation of the brochure published according to the results of the forum also decreased twice to 100 copies.

The number of invitations to the evening reception has decreased from 1 thousand to 250, but now 150 guests are given gifts with therapeutic cosmetics made on the basis of the ingredients from Lake Ostrovnoy. The first version of the set includes a rejuvenating mud mask of silt, bath salt, biopilingi with blue clay and thermal water. Information on the cancellation of the procedure for signing a contract with the Business Dialogue appeared on the public procurement website on June 18. On the same day, the press service of the regional government said that Governor Andrei Travnikov signed an order to create a working group for the Technoprom-2019 and appointed it to the leaders of his deputy Andrei Zhukov. Group members and relevant ministries will have to "develop and approve the plan for the preparation of the forum."

The Siberian Venture Fair instructed the same order of the travecks at the Technoprom. According to the website of public procurement, they decided to allocate 4.35 million rubles on it.
