Elections of the Mayor of Novosibirsk: Academic Grely

The election of the mayor of Novosibirsk is increasingly starting to resemble a show. Most candidates prefer to arrange a performance from the routine extension procedure by promoting intrigue with their participation in the campaign. And of course, as an element of the entertainment program, the old one as the history of Russia is actively used by the reception of popular persuasions "I can go and go, but only if the Novosibirsk people ask."

The deputy of the City Council Natalya Pinus succeeded in all directions of election actionism. For a very long time deciding with the very intention to go or not go to mayor, the deputy, with the help of social networks and participation in the opposition’s events, was enlisted by the support of several dozen public activists, the opinions of which, if desired, can be excluded for the opinion of all Novosibirsk.

But with the subject of nomination, a clear inconsistent came out. Having developed a convenient algorithm for the coordination of his steps with the audience of the Novosibirsk Facebook during the years of deputy and social activity, Pinus was true to itself. On her page, she decided to hold a discussion - how she should overcome the registration stage. As a self-nominated person or as a candidate from some political party. As the main argument of a possible union with a political association, Pinus designated the complexity of the process of collecting signatures in its support. Signatures for the registration of the candidate need more than six thousand pieces. They will have to collect them in the conditions of a summer information vacuum and a total vacation season.

It is logical in this situation to nominate from the party, especially since the friendly "homeland" is ready to represent not only the site for nomination, but also the resource base. Pinus tried to carefully hint about this to her supporters, whose approval she achieved in this matter, launching a discussion on the social network. But suddenly, the overwhelming number of respondents did not accept the idea of ​​party support and even more support for the "homeland". Pinus tried to convince activists, but nothing came of it. The verdict is unequivocal: “Only self -nomination, only collection of signatures. There can be no talk of any party, and even more so about the “homeland”. ”

The habit of coordinating all her actions with supporters came out to Natalya Pinus sideways. Obviously, the opposition deputy does not have the necessary tools and resources for the successful conduct of the signature campaign. There is no reliable party structure behind her. Collection of signatures on a city scale is an obviously overwhelming task. Well, the nomination from the Present party for Natalia Ivanovna is now clearly undesirable. Cognitive dissonance, which will inevitably arise in the heads of voters, if the liberal politician Pinus moves away from the ultra-patriotic "homeland" is unlikely to overcome. And the obvious advantages at the start of the campaign (unfortunate signatures do not have to collect) will smoothly turn into oily minuses in the finale (the electoral basis of Natalia Pinus liberal policy will not accept situational mesalliance with the “homeland”).

This politician always, in addition to plan “A” and plan “B”, has many more options for the development of events, tools, techniques and tricks. Natalya Ivanovna is an undoubtedly bright deputy and a promising politician. But here is the experience of concluding contracts and creating stable electoral unions, which would not conflict with her own, already formed, she has not yet formed. On the Pinus Pinus, its independence is made from a single political association as the main, system -forming component. Before the probable formation of an alliance with any party, it was worth at least a little to correct this information, or revise the current views. For an experienced, system policy, this is quite normal.

Trying to preserve her suffered identity, she found herself in a logical trap, which she herself inadvertently placed. A protracted attempt to get out of this ideological trap can cost a Pinus deputy not only to participate in the current election campaign, but also to a future political career. Voters do not welcome such throwing. Of course, there remains the possibility of nomination of Natalia Ivanovna from some other party, now, according to the Ministry of Justice in Russia, more than fifty. But if the support of the “homeland” could give the future candidate Pinus organizational and resource support, then some “female dialogue” or “Cossack party of the Russian Federation” will not be able to help her.

Natalya Ivanovna became a toy in the hands of certain political clans, which at the expense of her intend to solve their own issues. Including the possibility of indirect pressure on the current mayor of the elbow, which intends to re -elect for a second term. But the whole intriguing scheme can end really without starting - time is not working now on Natalia Pinus. The longer she pulls with her nomination, the more chances she has to miss the opposition agenda. Moreover, the line of other candidates, such as Sergey Boyko, Victor Kozoda and Dmitry Kholyavchenko, was already lined up for the right to possess this agenda.

Examples of campaigns in which female candidates were able to help win the gender factor are actively discussed in the Novosibirsk political party. But in the cases of Galina Shirshina in Petrozavodsk, Sardana Avksentieva in Yakktsk or Anna Shchekina in Ust-Ilimsk, this very gender factor was far from the main condition for victories. The Novosibirsk elections of the mayor have already got another female candidate. Daria Ukraitseva, a deputy of the LDPR and a candidate for the mayor of the Green party has long decided on the entrance entity and conducts an active information campaign.
