On the evening of June 23, a folk gathering against police arbitrariness took place at the Gostiny Dvor in St. Petersburg. The city authorities did not authorize the rally, so the participants in the Vesna movement, the Libertarian party, the Solidarity movement and simply caring Petersburgers silently held portraits of people convicted of criminal cases, which activists consider fabricated. Three were detained: for performance, anti -Putin slogan and an abstract poster.
