Another administrative case of disrespect for authorities has appeared in the Arkhangelsk region

A protocol was drawn up against the man under part 3 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses because of comments on the VKontakte social network in groups dedicated to the life of Kotlas. According to the document, Popperek insulted Arkhangelsk Oblast Governor Igor Orlov and Russian President Vladimir Putin with his comments.

Chikov noted that screenshots of hundreds of posts published by the man were attached to the case.

• The case against Dmitry Popperek is at least the sixth under the article on disrespect for the authorities, initiated in the Arkhangelsk region. It is known that the first five were related to the protests in Shiyes and the problem of bringing Moscow garbage into the region.
