Tatyana Apalikova is the only graduate of the school in the village of Yershovo Irkutsk Region. At the end of May, she spent the last call alone, and now she is going to abandon the graduation.

“After the ninth grade, almost all classmates took the documents and parted. Who is in the district center, some in other cities. There are three girls left. And at the beginning of the tenth girlfriend for family reasons, they were also forced to leave. It so happened that this year I went to classes alone. At such moments, you understand all the value of communication: when at least one person sits at the next desk, you can seek advice or just spread a couple of phrases, ” said RIA Novosti girl.

In May, Tanya spent the last call for herself - prepared a dance, hung balls, held an event. According to the girl, the holiday was a success, because not only parents and teachers came to him, but also former classmates who now live in other cities. Graduates from the ninth grade entered the stage with her, they also leave school, no one goes to the tenth.

The other day, the girl will be awarded a certificate, but the graduation will not work. “To buy a dress, shoes, tape, make makeup, hairstyle - I would better save this money. Yes, and one is sad. I know all these traditions well among graduates, but I am not destined to experience them on myself. Although, maybe it is for the better. Sometimes they say that the celebration of the graduation is money. ” After graduation, Tanya is going to submit documents to the Bratsk State University on a psychologist.

Ershovo-a village in the Ust-Ilim district, where about 800 people live. Previously, there was a timber industry, in 2005 it closed and most of the population left after. Five graduates are not always recruited in a local school, this year Tatyana Apalikova is the only eleventh grader. Not only children, but also teachers are missing at school. For example, a physics teacher travels for 120 km from Ust-Ilimsk. The average age of the pedagogical staff is 50-55 years.
